I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

I originally booked a Wednesday evening appointment, but cancelled to accommodate my husband. My husband and I arrived for our 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock appointments at 4:37. Upon entering the front door, no one was at the front desk. The sign on the desk states to sit down, so my husband and I sat on the bench and waited. About 5 minutes later the receptionist came through the front door and immediately started the check in process. We completed the form on the tablets, and I placed my tablet on the desk because the receptionist had stepped away. The receptionist seems to be responsible for a few tasks. The bench was wood but comfortable. The place smelled good. The theme is a bit of a jungle theme with fake flowers on the walls and ceilings with monkeys hanging. After checking in, we were taken to the back to wait. There's a bathroom with dim lighting. The seating area was comfortable. There's at least 4 oversized plush chairs and a couple regular chairs. There a filtered water pitcher and what seemed like tea. At 5:05, I was taken to the room. At almost 5:15, my massage began. It was a good massage. Brandon massaged the areas I needed. The massage ended at 5:59. I booked a 50 minute magnesium rejuvenating massage. I don't know if magnesium was involved as it was not discussed. Overall, it was a good massage. There's even a TV you can watch while you get waxed. She offers other services such as eyelashes, facials, and vajacials but I've only had her for eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian waxing. The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying!

I saw Caity for a color correction and she insisted we do a detox treatment first and then go in…read morewith lightener. We discussed prices and she said it would be about 209 for the detox treatments, when I asked how much it would be all in she said 265-300. I said okay because my budget is 300 and she said no problem. After the detox day I reached back out to schedule the lightening session and she told me it would be 310-350 for that appointment. I expressed confusion to her at that and she told me she thought she explained it clearly. When trying to communicate with her about options and where to go from there she stopped replying to me. I should also mention after the detox treatments I saw absolutely no difference in my hair. In her chair she manipulated the light so I thought I did but every other lighting my hair looked the same. I sought out other hairstylists to finish the process. All of which told me that those treatments she did on my hair were the wrong choice of treatment, and should have cost about 40 dollars. I feel so hurt and angry about being charged over 100 dollars more than necessary. All in all, Caity ignored my budget, did not adequately explain her process and prices, and most importantly overcharged me to an extreme amount on unnecessary services. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and cannot recommended this stylist.
