First time here for Botox and won't be back. The place tries for luxury with neon pink and glass, but the low ceilings and cheap vibe made it feel more like a bargain-bin Legally Blonde set. The technician didn't ask a single question about my history or skin goals--she just asked how much I wanted to spend and injected that amount. The whole experience felt rushed, impersonal, and like they wanted me out of the chair as fast as possible. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about thier clients. I've been coming to Nicki for a little while to do her magic with my lashes. Truly has incredible art for making my eyes standout with very little effort from my end. She is fantastic at everything she does. Laser Hair Removal: Nicki recommended to see Charity Smith - there at the Skin Bar. I told Charity how I've been going to a medspa and had over 9 sessions and still didn't see the results I wanted. This is the place to go for all your beauty needs! I just got my brows microbladed/powder brows by the most talented brow artist, Nicki. She did an excellent job explaining the process and gave me the most natural looking brows. I was nervous that it was going to be so painful but whole experience was 10/10, her numbing cream was on point! I have already recommended her to all my friends. Absolutely the best!!! I have been so scared to get My lip fillers redone after almost 2 years because of a past experience with a different provider elsewhere. My lips were not symmetrical from previous work done and over all I was super self conscious of them. Melissa looked at them, said "yes, we can fix that" she dissolved some old (misplaced might I add) lip filler and made me an appointment for a week later. I was still super scared because of what had happened to me at my last experience with the previous person(not affiliated with the skin bar at all)...Melissa seriously made me tear up as I left that she really did fix it!!! I was excited to get a facial and my eyebrows touched-up here based on the stellar reviews. I called to make 2 appointments and I was told that one could be done Thursday, and the next one Friday. I received a text Thursday morning as the person assigned to me had an emergency with her child. I said of course, hope all is well, and that I'd still come in Friday. First, when I got there, I was confused as there are no obvious markers on the building so I called and no one answered. When I found the office, there were 2 women and a younger gentleman behind the front desk (the man seemed to be visiting). I felt as though I was intruding on them all. I was then told that I was booked for a half hour earlier (which would make me late) and that wasn't true as I had the text to prove that. A woman somewhat offered to do my eyebrows but after all of that, I wasn't giving this place business. The owner should be ashamed to condone this.
