When I arrived, I was told to sit, but no one explained the order of services or gave any update on timing. Another customer came in after me requesting a mani/pedi and was taken back for her pedicure immediately, while I continued waiting with no communication. Once my service began, the tech removed my DIY acrylic and informed me that one nail showed signs of fungus, so she recommended against acrylics. I appreciated the honesty and chose to switch to a manicure. Before my pedicure even started, water splashed onto me and my phone. They apologized, and I continued with the service. The pedicure itself felt rushed and inconsistent. I explained that I had calluses and rough patches and was open to whatever pedicure they recommended. Instead, my service was handed off to another tech who overscrubbed my big toe to the point that it is now sore. The massage lasted about a minute, and when I asked about cuticle care, I was told it had already been done -- even though only filing and buffing had been performed. At that point, I chose to stop the service, pay, and leave. Based on my experience, I would not return. Communication, consistency, and attention to client comfort were lacking throughout my visit.

I have very wavy, slightly curly hair, and she's the first stylist who actually knew how to both cut and style my hair the way I like. This might also be the first time I've left the salon with a wavy style I was happy to show off immediately and wasn't thinking to myself, "Well, I'll have to wait until I wash and style it myself to see how I really feel." I just went in with my son for his first post-quarantine hair cut! We decided to come to a new…read moresalon after a woman at cookie cutters in greenwood traumatized him with his last haircut. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly man, I apologize I didn't get his name but he was amazing! He immediately offered us drinks and told us she would be right with us. Within 5 minutes Sierra Reuter came out and brought us to our chair. He was pretty fussy but thankfully Sierra Reuter was so kind and took it very slow. When he got too fussy with the trimmers she hand trimmed his whole head with shears and took the time to make sure he was comfortable. Throughout the whole haircut she was incredibly kind and patient. The haircut turned out amazing and she even gave him a really fancy strawberry rice krispy treat as a prize! Highly recommend!!!
