You will not be disappointed. She has been such an incredible partner through this entire process, answering every question, always giving her perspective, and keeping me calm throughout the ever long to do list of wedding planning. On the day - her & her sister could not have been more professional, more warm or more FUN! We honestly had such a complete blast getting ready with them it was not at all stressful, felt like we were hanging out with our great friends and you kept us SO on time we even had time to spare for the reception. Then of course how we looked, and there Ruhi is magician. She personally transformed myself, my mom and sister (who hates makeup) delivering unique looks for each of us and making us feel like the most BEAUTIFUL versions of our selves for the sangeet, wedding and reception. I am obsessed with how every look turned out and more obsessed with how seamless, wonderful and easy it was to work with her. She then decided to post on Instagram doing someone's nails but she couldn't do mine?! Roxy is very unprofessional and is a thief! I paid a $10 deposit to which she stated she was giving me back but never gave me either! Talk about money hungry. Then tells me she doesn't do short nails listen this women is a joke I fully support all black businesses but this lady is Unacceptable and she shouldn't even own a business. Text saying she giving me my deposit and you would think she wouldn't be so money hungry over $10 deposit especially for someone that claims she only does XL nails and XXL she didn't even do my nails never even gave me my money. Sad excuse for a business.

I believe her protocol has changed but when I booked the service I was informed that half of the payment was required before the appointment. The remaining half was required the day of. She is cash only. She was thorough in explaining the microblading process. The microblading occurred over two appointments with six weeks between appointments. She told me my eyebrows would be much too dark for my liking, itchy, flakey, feel dry, disappear, reappear, heal nicely, and look normal .. all of this occurred exactly as she said it would. She does a great job of creating a calming environment by playing different types of music. The facilities are immaculate and nicely decorated. She provides aftercare instructions as well as a kit to disinfect and moisturize your new eyebrows. She followed up constantly to make sure I was ok. The entire experience from start to finish was great. I highly recommend her.
