Very poor experience just now. I am a customer of this…read moresalon for years now. My wax specialist usually gives me a deal on my body waxes, since I always come here for my wax needs. Unfortunately, she wasn't there today. The specialist I dealt with (Nancy) refused to give me the loyalty price I normally pay. I agreed to pay the extra 5 dollars or whatever the difference was and the specialist continued my wax. After the price disagreement ,the specialist began to be less gentle and careful with my wax. Even after telling her 2 times to stop going over a spot on my bikini line ,she continued and now I have a painful bruise and I'm out extra money and nothing can be done. Albina is amazing so accommodating and friendly. I have been for blow outs, root touch up and a cut. I am 100 percent satisfied with all of the services. I usually have my hair blown straight and Albina does a great job with that style but she's also pulled me out of my comfort zone and added a bit of volume and some curls which all look fabulous. There is also Rita who does manicures and pedicures. I haven't managed to get an appointment with her yet because she is always busy so she must be fabulous too. Let's give support to a new business.
