He had not started on my table but said he would start today. By mid-June, the same crack came back, so I called him and he came out again on July 8th to fix it, saying that if this fix didn't hold, he'd do a permanent "patch" to take care of it for good. The crack was back by July 9th. I contacted him again, and he scheduled a visit for July 20th -- but never showed up. I made every effort to get this resolved, reaching out multiple times by both text and voicemail. I made a bold effort to pay extra too -- I never expected the third fix to be free and said so clearly in my messages. I just wanted the crack permanently fixed, and was willing to pay for it. Despite all that, I got no response at all. It's been over a month with nothing. I really wanted to like this company -- Joe seemed professional, the work looked solid initially, and he did come back the first time without hassle. But ultimately being ghosted after being told he'd make it right, even when I offered to pay, is a dealbreaker. Can't recommend based on how this ended.
