Called and spoke to Melanie who arranged to have someone come out for an estimate. Joe arrived and showed us our options and measured up the shower for the new doors. The installation team of Matt and Martin arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of installing the new doors. Everyone at this company is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Just finally completed all the windows in our home. We did them on 3 trips due to the cost and we…read moredidn't want to take a loan out. Windows cost a lot no matter where you go. It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. The other two companies I met with didn't do that--one (a well-known company from Orland Park) just took quick measurements and gave me a verbal quote for one brand, and the other simply emailed me a price afterward. Alvano even brought a small demo window to show how everything works. That level of effort and attention made a big difference. 2. The Results: I wanted to wait until I'd gone through both summer and winter before posting this review. I can honestly say the windows have performed great--much better than what I had before. It took several weeks for him to come out. He suggested someone may have tried to force the door, which doesn't make sense, I live in a quiet, safe area with no signs of tampering, and my neighbours would have alerted me to anything unusual. He said he'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then, I've followed up multiple times by phone, text, voicemail, and email, with no real response. On the rare occasion I did reach him, he always said he was "just about to contact the manufacturer" but never followed through. It's now been over 5 months with no resolution. Michael was friendly and helpful during the sales and installation process, but if anything goes wrong afterward, it seems you're on your own. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and aftercare.
