When you speak to them whenever that is they assure you that everything will be handled. I wouldn't advise to use them. They are doing too many jobs at once so smaller jobs get the least amount of attention and professionalism.

Get Er Done concrete is possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Started out great…read morecame right out and went to work. However once the second payment was made (you know the big one) it was like pulling teeth to get him even to respond. After the base material was down and forms in place it took two months for him to actually pour the cement. I should have had a drain installed as the outer edge was easily a quarter inch higher than the middle shop floods every time it rains. Then he calls and said his check bounced for the concrete used to pour my slab and a lien was going to be placed on my home! After 10 months of continuous calls and texts most having no response he was finally able to get me paid so I could pay the bill my self. He sent a crew out to install a box drain the width of the concrete, honestly I think a child could have done just as good a job. It looks terrible and I still have water coming into the shop. This nightmare will never end let's go back to the day it was poured he shows up hung over and throwing up everywhere. His power trowel broke and he disappeared for a few hours. Probably missing the opportunity to have it be affective ( I don't know I'm not a concrete guy). Never prepared I actually had to go and pick up the drain segments myself and another trip to buy the couplings to hold them together. No generator unbelievable. If you value your sanity and have any hope of a job well done FIND another company as you will be disappointed. My dream shop is sitting on an absolute turd!! I'm putting this out to anyone who is thinking of getting Dreamcrete to do any job for them. This…read morecompany does not stand by their work or their employees that come out and do the job. I don't think I've ever hired anyone to do any kind of a job that would not come back out and fix their mistakes. I had Dreamcrete come out to my house to give me a bid for a stamped concrete driveway. A gentleman came out and was very thorough. When I asked him about removing the entire driveway, he was adamant that it didn't need to be done. He said our concrete had been there for a while and was done settling and there would be no need for that. I've worked with concrete in New Jersey in the past and I know it does crack, but he assured me that they cut into the cracks in the existing concrete and seal them. He also stated that because we don't get the cold weather here and the bonding used, it would not crack the stamping, He said they would be able to go right over the existing driveway. I reiterated about the cracking, considering they only put a 3/8 inch thin set over top of the concrete and that I was afraid it wasn't strong enough to hold the weight of vehicles, but again he assured me that it will not crack. He told me they've done this type of job before, including for Disney. Once they completed the job, it looked extremely nice. But, they put the expansion joint in the wrong place and had to come back and chip up the right side and redo it and re-cut the expansion joint.  While they were there, I showed them some of the cracks that were already coming through, which was only 5-6 months after the job was completed. They said they would reach out to their boss and get back to me. Once they left, I never heard back from them. A month later, I started seeing a lot more cracks, so I called them again. They sent someone out to look at it. He noticed how bad it looked and understood why I was upset and took pictures to send them to the boss. The boss said concrete is going to crack. I told him about the conversation I had with the estimator about him assuring me that it would not crack. His answer was that he no longer worked with the company. He continued by saying if I wanted it to be fixed, they could redo the entire driveway, but that I would have to pay them to redo the job. At that point, I already paid them almost $20,000. Since then, I've noticed the last few months that the stamping is now peeling away from the existing driveway and every time I blow off my lawn, I'm finding more and more pieces that are separating. I asked him if he had a business card as I was from New Jersey and had just bought a house in Clermont Florida and may need some work done. The gentleman turned out to be Juan Velez. I needed blinds installed (13) and I had just set up a date with Lowe's to have someone come and measure for installation. Unfortunately the contractor from Lowe's soonest appointment was in a week and a half they would measure and then set up a date later for the installation. I was pressed for time and needed to return to New Jersey in a few days. When I found out the Lowe's contractor could not come earlier I contacted Juan the day after I met him. I told Juan what I needed and he set up an appointment to come measure the windows the next day as he was working in the area. Long story short, Handyman complete services measured and installed all the blinds a couple of days before the other contractor could come out to just measure the windows. Handyman needed some other materials and charged them to their account and provided me with a receipt. I was blown away by the professionalism and quality of work done in a very short period of time and would not hesitate to recommend them. I have Juan's number in my phone and will use them for any future projects or services I need.
