She then gave me time to look around and when I needed her assistance she was right there to assist. She was knowledgeable of the items that I had questions about and very helpful, super nice. There was also a gentleman that worked there who assisted her with the questions she didn't know the answers to. I had never been to this place before and made my way there randomly but I'm so glad that I did. I got a living room, bed and mattress, paperwork, charged and scheduled the delivery in less than an hour. What a fantastic place. Definitely check them out.

All items picked up by NFM truck two days later. Delivery fee also told would be refunded, they charge $144.95 delivery. Well been 8 days no refund been issued. Called the customer service was number 15 in line with projected wait time of 30 minutes. Had to call Discover card and dispute purchase. Nebraska Furniture is terrible customer service, don't believe anything salesmen say as they want commission. Any return they wash thier hands and say go t9 customer service....long process...still waiting...never go there again Let me add after posting this review and emails to them my refund was processed and issued.....

I made the mistake of trusting the ties and while unloading from my vehicle, one of the items came apart, fell and shattered. I believe the store should bear at least partial responsibility for improper assembly. The store manager was having none of it. My fault 100% but they would check like items in inventory to fix the problem. At Home may fix the problem for someone else but they sure didn't fix it for me. My fix will be shopping elsewhere.

Some of the art displayed was so unique I'm sure it's one of a kind. Lon Lane's Inspired Occasions catered the opening and they did an amazing job. Innovative food stations throughout the store provided marvelous tastes as I browsed. This is a store I will enjoy visiting when I am looking for that special something to add to my home décor or purchase a gift for someone special.
