I thought maybe the date was wrong, so I waited a week till the next Wednesday, but no contact. I called back to see what was wrong. The person on the phone was very friendly and professional, apologized, and said she could have a Proj Mgr out that same day. Awesome. She said, "Let me check the schedule and I'll call you back." Never heard from them again. I checked for missed calls and messages, nothing. That was nearly a week ago, and I started to call a third time, but how can I count on them to show up for the work if I can't get them to show up to even try for the job? I can't speak about the qualify of their work because I never got that far, but I've had to move on to another company just to get a quote for the job. I like to leave five-star reviews for those who do work for me, and I'm jealous of the people who got to leave five stars, because I really needed this done and relied on those other reviews as an indication of their quality. It's the first one-star I've ever had to leave, and that star is for the friendliness of the person on the phone. I am disappointed in my experience with Woody's.

His bid was $500 less than other companies I contacted (who also totally blew me off). Gerald was able to complete the work well before the estimated timeline and he sent an expert installer - Ted Berry from Sandstone Marble. Both of these guys really know their stuff! Ted was timely, polite, didn't leave a mess, and was meticulous about installing the marble. He had to get creative on some of the custom trim because the walls were not flush but came up with an excellent solution. Really happy with the end result!

They charged my credit card for an even 2,000 when I was quoted 1600. When questioned about it, they said they have nothing to do with it once it is off their property and I need to talk with the fabricator. I guess they got their money and that's all they care about - not about resolving miscommunication and potential fraud.

After having issue after issue they never even offered some prices breaks or discounts for customer satisfaction. The carpet (which had a pattern) was laid in opposite directions and portions weren't even tucked to the tack strip. Nice people but am NOT impressed with the carpet, installers, job done or follow through to make sure the customer is pleased.
