Ambiance is very modern and chic and there are two bathrooms open to visitors in the facility. I would recommend going on time to the tasting if possible for the best seating/experience. My most recent visit was the day after Christmas when I met up with my siblings, and the experience was especially unpleasant. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, customer service was poor, and the coffee itself was underwhelming. The espresso in my latte was barely noticeable. Worst of all, the music was extremely loud and filled with constant profanity, to the point that we felt uncomfortable staying inside and had to leave to meet outside instead. I also got a bag of beans and they ground them up right there. They have a selection of pastries that I didn't try but definitely will next time. What really stood out to me was that even though a line formed out the door, no one seemed to mind waiting and no one was annoyed when the owner stopped taking orders to come and make sure my drink and others were satisfactory.
