Great Barbers are hard to come by. I stumbled on to this place because of my co-worker. I could go on & on & on about how great the the Fades are, or how they can taper on point. But I'll let the Cuts do the talking. You won't be disappointed. My Barber is ERIC, but all the barbers in both locations know how to cut so I recommend anyone. All I have to say is the other barbers are great but the lady is terrible. She messed up my hair before an important meeting and I felt so insecure the whole time. She should definitely not work her anymore. Prior to setting my appointment she hung up on me and said she was busy and couldn't talk. read more

Visited Vegas and this was the only barber shop I could find that seemed like I would get a nice haircut. I left feeling ripped off. Payed $25 for a mediocre haircut that should've only cost $15. The owner is a cool dude, but the price of the haircut is not worth it and I won't be back for the price they charge. (The fact that I didn't take any pictures of my haircut nor did I receive any compliments should let you know I'm being nice for even leaving a 3 star review). I called this place and asked if I could come in for a cut, and the Barber on the other end of the call enthusiastically told me yes. I let him know that I was ten minutes away. I get to the shop, and there is one Barber and someone getting a cut. Im confused because I had just called and was told I was good. I informed the Barber (a white guy with reddish hair) that I had just called, and he sent a kid hanging around the shop to grab someone. While this is happening, I use the bathroom in the back. Then I wait. I wait. I wait. Finally, a barber I was told is named Jose comes in and asks me for five minutes to get set up. Cool. I ran to the Chinese spot and ordered food but tell them to hold the order because I cut a cut in five minutes. This entire exchange takes more than five minutes. I come back in, and there is no barber. No Jose anywhere. I asked the red hair guy where he went. He said in the back. I head back there (I was just in there to hit the head earlier). I see Jose sitting there eating a Taco, and I say, "Hey, are we doing the cut, or should I come back?" He immediately starts talking that shit, getting a tone. I reminded him that he said 5 minutes. He cut me off, stood up, and raised his voice while standing in my face. I tried to de-escalate by saying, "Hey, I'm not yelling or calling names. I'm being respectful." This kid begins yelling... Until I yelled back. I demanded his name and information so I could report him. He picks up the phone and leaves. I continued to badger his co-worker for the info I needed to report him to the owner. I never got it. I asked for the owner's information, and I got that. I called Eric Hernadez, and although he was calm, it was clear that Jose had called him, and his mind was made up, and he didn't care about my issue. I hung up on him and left. They lied to me about when I could be seen to get me in there, figuring once I was there, I wouldn't care if what they said was true or not. They'll do it for you. And Eric Hernadez won't give a damn that his employees yell in your face for expecting that they do what they say they'll do. Stay away from this place. They will do you wrong and cover for one another when you say something about it. Haircuts are bad too. The little Asian lady is the only one there with actual skill. read more
