Wow! Super sad to even leave this review. I made my son an appointment with Chris. When my son showed up at his appointment time, they told him he didn't have one and Chris wasn't there?Strange as we had a confirmation number. They then proceeded to tell him they'd take care of him (very kind). Asked him what he wanted. He showed them and they told him he'd be better off going to a salon, but if we canceled, we'd have to pay the cancellation fee. So he felt like he had no choice, but to follow thru bc hair grows back. Strange enough Chris was there, but taking a break for 20 mins after our appointment time. I booked for $40.00, but bc he had long hair, got charged an additional $20.00 making $60.00 with tip $70.00 bc this momma grew up in a restaurant and relied on those tips. I sadden to even write this as a fellow cosmetologist/barber, but bro...you ask cash to avoid the IRS...but do better and I'll happily give you cash. read more

Poor Chris! I actually got canceled by Josh which was very inconvenient since I set up my schedule around the appointment. I made a later appointment with Chris who was there no problem. He was actually pretty good too. However, I'm a little concerned he won't show up next time. My usual is with Kaylynn who is awesome. If one of your employee does not even care to cancel or show up for the appointment, It think we should be the once that is getting refunded. Waited for 15 mints for Chris to show up. We have come here 5 times and of those visits, my son has had his haircut by Angel 3 times. Angel takes his time, he is very thorough and gentle with the clippers. We have gone to many places, and Faded Cutz has been the best. We drive from South Hill and dealing with the traffic is worth it. My son said he wouldn't want to switch his barber. I recently got a haircut here. The cut was OK. There was a side of my head that was not faded in well though, leaving quite a line. The barber was pleasant, and followed COVID protocols. $30.00 for a haircut however is a "bit steep." When finished the barber ran my card then handed me a smart phone to complete the transaction. The TIP started at 20% and went up from there. So, $36.00 for a haircut. I will not be doing that again. read more

I'm so happy that my brother in law recommended this place. Scheduling an appointment was super easy! I was running late which is unlike me but Jase called to confirm that I would make it in and let me know I could walk in with my mask on and he would be ready when I arrive. Jase was easy to talk to and definitely rocked my hair cut. I left a happy customer with a great looking cut. I will be bringing my boys here in the very near future. OH! Just fyi, they have plastic barriers suspended from the wall between each barber; this is to provide covid-related protection since they work semi-close to each other. I have seen this new barbershop and didn't know the name of it so I didn't know how to look it up or make an appointment. My son NEEDED a haircut so I decided to go in and check this place out. I have been takin my son to a barbershop in Federal Way which is a mission going all the way out there. Anyways, I'm glad I decided to go in and check it out. They were nice and I was a walk in (which I had an idea there would be a little wait.) Maybe 10 minutes but they recommended me to make an appointment next time online. Had a wedding to go to so I went to a barber shop in Bonney lake. Lady butchered my hair, looked half decent from far away but upon further review I could see that the "fade" was complete trash. With time running down, I called Faded Cutz and Jose was able to squeeze me in during his lunch break and got me looking real good! Went to the wedding with full confidence. I will try the owner next time . I heard he is pretty good. I got a hair cut from one of the guys that work with him. He did ok. But definitely not a 50 dollar hair cut. The guy used the straight edge razor on my beard line up without moisturizing the skin first . No real attention to detail. It was supposed to be a 40 min hair cut and he actually took like 20 min. I also had to tell the guy of a few spots he missed. I understand it is a business and a business is supposed to make money. Unfortunately some of the barbers working there are not at the 50 dollar hair cut. Maybe 20 or 25 with tip. read more

This review in particular is for Javier. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 2/8 at 11:30. He rescheduled us for 12:30 with some bogus excuse, than 1:00, 1:30, and ultimately cancelled and told us to come back Sunday 2/9 at 11:00 and he'd give us a free cut for the inconvenience. We showed up Sunday and he wanted to reschedule us again for 3:00, but I told him no. After all this, he had the nerve to charge us because he fell behind. Look dude, get your business together.
