I made an appointment for a "classic manicure". Got in no problem and they were not very busy, yet my manicure was rushed, it was the most quick and dirty manicure I've ever had. 3 out of 10 nails had flaws in the polish and some of my nails had not been thoroughly filed as there were rough edges I had to file off when I got home. I know a regular manicure is probably not their preferred customer but I would expect they do a better job than I could myself. I will not be visiting again. read more

Absolutely horrible. I called and made an appointment for a standard manicure. Just a plain manicure with regular polish. Upon Arrival it was confirmed that I did NOT want gel, just regular polish. After literally ripping my cuticles off and applying gel polish, I got charged more that what was posted for a manicure. I just assumed I read the pricing board correctly. I'm not familiar with manicures as this was only my second time getting one. My fingers burned for several days due to my cuticles being ripped off. Now 2 months later I am dealing with cracking, splitting nails as well as hangnails on all of my fingers. Never again. read more

Worst nail job ever! I went in with a picture and the nail tech convinced me it was a powder color versus a nail polish. I listen to her and she put on a milky white powder. Not only did the color not match the picture but she glued on the tip crooked and made them overly thick. They also were extremely uneven and the shape was awful. I repeated to her several times that the nails were not even and looked off she kept buffing my nails and managed to cut my skin. There was no point combing her that she was not doing a good job and I ended up using a nail gel to cover the ugly color of the powder. My nails a horrible and I ended up paying to get get out of that place. Don't bother trying this place out. Unless you get the owner who does a good job. read more

Update: we visited tulip for a fill a little over 2 weeks after the first visit and we both had lost several nails, I had to have all remaining nails removed and another full set. This 2nd new set set lifted in less than a week for both of us and I ended up losing almost all nails in about 2 weeks. My nails were so thin and damaged I haven't been able to have them redone anywhere. We will not be going back. Disappointed because they were so sweet there, but the quality is really poor. Initial review: Great experience for both my daughter and I! We both needed to have our acrylics removed and new sets put on for our first visit and the ladies were patient and skilled. Only giving 4 stars because one of my daughters nails has an area where the top coat is missing, but was probably hard for the tech to see because of the color she chose. I've given this place a fair try. I love that they are always on time and do not over book. The girl does an ok job on my fills. A few things I don't like. They never check that your nails are even in both sides or that they are the same shape. My nails are not smooth and it's noticeable through the polish. I am left with sharp edges as well. They are a bit more pricy than previous salons charging $50 for a fill and gel polish, no design, and one color. I'll be trying another place. read more

They used to be great but the last time I went in for a pedicure they had new staff and the quality of work was very lacking. I get gel polish on my toes and it has always lasted forever, meaning it does not budge at all until I get my toes redone! This time my pedicure chipped 2 days later while I was on vacation. I am updating my review to include images after covid. They're doing an amazing job keeping the place super clean and compliant! I feel super safe getting my nails done here. Tracy the owner has set up plastic guards between each chair and moved all tables 6+ft apart. When you check in they have hand sanitizer ready and a new reward system to check in, then you go to sink to wash your hands. She also has masks for sale in case you forget yours. Really impressed and will continue to get my nails done here. read more

First time I went here. Have only ever had shallac once before but the place is kinda far. Wanted to try somewhere closer. There were two others being worked on before me but I got to pick colors. When I finally got to sit down, the younger siblings of the two was friendly and very careful and thorough while taking off my previous color. Her sister did the paint and was equally thorough and attentive. Her sister hung around while she painted (I was the only one at that point) and they were both friendly. Chatted a bit and had a good experience. :) I actually liked the design on the nails of one and requested cute, accent nails. The one painting it suggested white blossoms instead of red (like the design on the other's) and it was indeed, a good suggestion. Will be going back. read more

I'm sorry but I am not returning... when you ask for a coffin shape and you get squared shape and then you return to give them a chance and fix their mistake and you don't even get an apology and they refuse to fix it... The technician asked if I wanted to cut down my nail and I told her to just trim them so they were even; she didn't listen and cut them short. The woman who did my toes and nails was very sweet but took a very long time, for a mani and pedi with gel it was an hour and a half.
