I only wish doctors and other professionals you deal with were as communicative, involved, and personable as Tim was with upgrading my computer. He recommended parts (sending me links), bought some for me, and kept me updated on every step (even outside his business hours). Price was exponentially better than anything GeekSquad, or anyone else could do. He won't recommend unnecessary things either, and knows the best value products. He was able to do both jobs super quick as well. Central location in Milk District was great as well (in a Star Wars/80s figurine ship), when you have to go down there. For any other computer issue, upgrades, or IPT box requests, I wouldn't go see anyone else in Orlando.

Joe came out, replaced a motherboard and power supply, then prompted to say my tv was broken due to "liquid intrusion" while simultaneously saying he had no idea why it happened. His job was to assess the situation and report back to Asurion, but by tinkering with the internal components he broke my warranty with the manufacturer. By using "liquid intrusion" to define his analysis, Asurion denied my claim for replacement, then Joe sent a quote to fix my $1800 TV for $3000 dollars. Asurion reps told me they base their claim off of what the technician says in their report, so to me this was deliberate sabotage, preventing me from getting a replacement, and simultaneously destroying any help I could get from the manufacture. When I tried to reach out for some questions and to see if he could change his verbiage in his report he said he could not. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.
