What a waste of time. I went to this spot an hour before closing. And he asked if I could come back another day. Sure just 20 min drive for me. I saw the location on 50, they should still be open. Nope, they are out of business with some note on the door saying that. Next day I drive to the Florida Mall location during the middle of business hours. They're locked up. Then today back to this place which "opens at 10" according to their hours posted. Nope, all locked up. Not a stable business, wasted probably an hour of driving all combined. Good thing gas prices are cheap. Save yourself the annoyance. read more

I found these guys on Yelp and the reviews I read (all the good ones) were absolutely on the money . Great, friendly, professional service without trying to sell you stuff or services you don't need. I had an iPhone that had (what I thought) was a scratched screen. Josh advised me that it was only the laminate that was damaged..... $10 instead of $90 . My iPad screen was in bad shape and they ordered the part and installed it....all for $125. Hope I don't have anymore issues with my "toys" but if I do I'll DEFINITELY be going back to them . read more

This place is a joke!!! I took my laptop in because it was having hard drive issues. I spoke to the guy named Ronnie behind the counter. He pulls Hard drive out right in front of me. Didn't remove battery from laptop, didn't remove static charge from him, nothing. He does a short 15 second test and confirms the hard drive is bad. He spoke very professional, but took little care of my laptop. Here is when it all went haywire. Tells me he has a used 500 GB hard drive for $125 (you can buy it new from Staples for $54.99) and I currently have a 1 TB in the machine that is 3/4 full. So how is 500 GB going to help me? He then says other store on Sand Lake near OBT has larger drives. He says go there or buy a drive at another store and he will install my Windows 8.1 back onto my hard drive, but I have to pay $75 to have that done plus cost of a new Windows program. What? I have my current DVD and license. Plus it's on my old hard drive which he is going to (ghost) over onto the new hard drive. He then sayd]s for an additional $25, he will sell me a "software package" which is software that is free on the internet. How can you sale me something that is free? Firefox, AVAST free edition, and a few others that he claims are licensed products are all completely free!!! I'm not stupid! He then says he has a better offer for me. How about a newer laptop for $349, a HP DV2000. Uh, that is an older laptop than mine and I can get a brand new one with way better specs for that cost. Are you kidding me? So I go get a new hard drive from Staples and return 2 hours later with me laptop asking if he can ghost over my old hard drive to my new one since I don't have the resources to do that. He says no, I have to buy his hard drive and he has to install it or he won't do the work. This isn't what was discussed just a few hours prior... He then say how about I trade in my laptop for the same HP that he tried to push out to me on the last visit, stating that if I trade in my laptop, he can cut a deal and sale the other for $349 for the laptop normally sells for $499. ROFLMAO!!! The $349 is the price he gave the fist time I was in for just buying the laptop and he listed it cheaper on Craigslist. Not only that, eBay has the laptop refurbished for $289 with higher specs. So after just figuring out that the only thing this "tech" was trying to do is rip me off, I left and went to another shop on Colonial off of Hiawasee who did a free diag and stated the problem isn't my hard drive, but the connector plate that holds my hard drive in is bent and the hard drive isn't seated correctly. $49 later he repaired it and I had my laptop back in 45 minutes. So lesson learned, I will not take my equipment to this shop nor will I recommend it to anyone, ever! read more

Long story short, one of my RAM slots are bad, and they "fixed" the wrong part of my computer. They charged me $100 bucks and wanted to charge me more after the fact to try and "fix" another problem. I found which slot was bad and wasted $100 bucks here. There are also no refunds, so if they can't fix your problem, they will only give you store credit. Bunch of thieves in here. They also told me it was my RAM stick when it was clearly the slot that was burned out. They were going to charge me for the RAM stick instead of giving me store credit for not fixing the problem. read more

I came in with a battery issue. My charger kept going on and off and my laptop was not charging properly. The man took this to mean that I wanted my battery replaced and charged me for the service. I paid in full and then got a call to pick up my laptop. The same exact issue was happening. It turns out that they did not do a diagnostic to see if that was the issue and when I brought it back they said they would do one "free of charge" as if I didn't spend almost $200 to get the issue fixed. They later called me to let me know that it was actually my charger and I could buy one online. When I came in and asked for my money back the man then decided to try and argue about the fact that since my charger was bad it MIGHT HAVE damaged the battery too and would eventually need to be replaced. They refused to give me my money back even when I suggested paying the diagnostic fee and then having the remaining amount be given back to me. I will be returning to try and speak with someone else about getting my money back but I would genuinely try to go anywhere else. read more
