Told us he had to send part of it out of state for welding repairs. Would take 4-6 weeks for reinstalling. No problem, it's a heating system and it isn't cold anymore in April. Bob took out the Aqua Hot from the motorhome. We were charged $6800 for the repairs, shipping and reinstalling. It is now middle of October, getting cold, and over 6 months! Bob is not returning our calls, texts, or emails! He has our Aqua Hot and our $6800! This is horrible service and I will never again recommend Lightning RV to anyone! We are tired of all the lies, (when he did answer his phone) and want our money back along with the Aqua Hot system!

ALL other particulars were ok, called after a little over a month (used 4 nights) ask to exchange for what we asked for to begin with. Camper had deprecated 10,000, plus to exchange i would have to pay sales tax and licensing all over. In July 2024, my family hired Ralph's Mobile RV to repair the roof on our 45' Toy Hauler for…read more$13,300. Ralph caused more damage to the RV. During the winter of 2024/2025, the rubber membrane came detached and caused major leaking into the RV and rotting of the plywood under the membrane. The rubber membrane had not been properly and fully attached to the plywood. In the spring of 2025, the RV was taken to another facility and insurance became involved at that time as the labor completed by Ralph was deemed negligent and subpar. The new repair was $19,900 due to the need to replace the rotting wood and a new roof membrane from the leak caused by an improperly attached membrane by Ralph in July 2014. I have pictures. I have receipts. I have statments from the new repair facility as well as the insurance company. Ralph has ignored all attempts to contact him and refusese to take any responsibility for his subpar work. He lacks integrity. I have also reached out to the State of Tennessee, Division of Consumer Affairs. Ralph has also ignored their attempts at contacting him. Agian, I have all the emails and correspondance with these entities. Im not going to slander or libel someone. I come with the trurth behind me. Do not trust the work of Ralph. There was no way I was going to be in my RV, cool as a cucumber, and watch them struggle. Tommy was referred to us by Dillon at Southaven RV & Marine. Tommy came out and, seeing the situation, stepped up and replaced their converter on their rig. Tommy knew this couple was struggling financially, and we paid for the repair. Tommy donated his time and didn't charge for installation or a service call. He truly helped people out in a time of need, and if we are ever in Memphis, Tommy is our guy. The first experience was a broken spring which in turn had broken the propane line. The second was a broken valve in the Nautilus water system. Both problems created difficulties since we are full-time RVers, but Moses was able to work us into his already crowded schedule and we were able to get underway sooner than we had expected.
