Huge inside with two stories of equipment and plenty of televisions to keep you entertained while you're climbing, walking, running. The thirty minute workout area was empty when I was here at 5:30 am and that made it easy to do my circuit and be done. Showers were clean with both changing stalls and a "double" shower area where you can change out of your workout clothes and into your street clothes after cleaning up.
