Also, she will not update mailing addresses in the system, if you buy a house she will still send the mail to prior owners and not the current owner mortgage servicing company. She expects policyholders to build a relationship with the prior owners to get their mail forwarded from prior owners to new address. She makes assumptions on people and there is no place for common sense with her.
