Fabulous experience with Brook - team member with Tracy Murr Insurance - who not only quoted me based on my neighborhood being a firewise area - Yavapai Hills - but also was much more thorough and provided me with better coverage at half the price. If I had let them also provide me with auto insurance would have saved even more. Give them a call if you are not happy with your coverage or your cost - they just might make a big difference for your pocket and your home in case of a claim (and the deductible was less than State Farm also) read more

Two things highly impressed me about my dealing with the Tracy Murr State Farm office. First off I was very impressed with how personable helpful and knowledgeable the several staff members were with whom I had phone calls. I had the most interaction with Shannon Ballard who in my opinion was very skilled and delightful to work with. Went in to get a quote comparison. we have several policies. /2 homes - 3 auto. we met with Shannon. She was amazing. Very knowledgable with a pleasant demeanor. After reviewing the policies and answering all our questions, we made the transition. all in all we saved over $1000/ yr. in addition we were happy to hear that paying monthly incurs no fees. our current company not so. we signed up that day. walked out with printed cards and all. very smooth transition which saved us money. thank you Shannon. read more

Bad service all around. I called the insurance agency over four hours ago and still have yet to have a callback. I'm trying to give them business, with a new vehicle, and I can't even get anyone to call me back. Not to mention the fact that my business came from Cathy Trent, State Farm agent, and I never was even acknowledged as a new client here. Not a letter, postcard, phone call. Nothing. Do you think if you got a bunch of new business from a retired agent you might want to reach out and contact the customers? Guess not. I've never lived anywhere with such bad service. I guess everyone has so much business here they don't need anymore. I'm transferring mine to another state farm agent. read more

We moved to Prescott Valley from Peoria, Az and needed a local agent. Our prior State Farm agent was terrible including his staff. So we were able to schedule an appointment with Tracy and I must say, very impress with her pleasant attitude and smile. We felt like we've known her for years. Very personal. She was very detail with the service we needed and her staff are so friendly. If anyone ask us for a good agent, we would send them right to Tracy and her crew. We owed them $35 for some added fee. They told me all I had to do was pay it and we would be fine to use her account again. Just took the money that we paid to open the account and closed our account and told us she did not want our business. Because we didn't have enough money in our account ever. The shittiest service I've ever gotten from the crappiest representative I could have gotten. Credit Union West is way better. Much more professional staff that won't add unwarranted charges to your account. I hope that lady gets fired. Nobody should wear a toe ring to work.

We have been assoicated with her firm for about eight years and found the agency to be top drawer and would recommend her insurance company to any of my friends and neighbors. They have been honest and willing to spend a lot of time going over our portfolio of policies which include home, two cars, long term care, personal property and an umbrella coverage. I really call them friends because of the time I have had to spend reviewing those policies as well as other possible products. I would not even concider making any changes of the products by State Farm because they have been there when we needed them and have been available at a moments notice when something very important arises during our busy lives. And I have also sought out their counsel on other matters which might veer off agency business because I feel her valuable knowledge of the community means a great deal to us as relative newcomers to the Prescott area. It was quick and easy and allowed me to attend the wedding as the Father of the Bride. State Farm also was a tremendous help when a blow out on my RV caused significant damage. I started by choosing Tracy for a new construction policy as they had the best price. Then, after paying what I felt was ridiculous amount for home and auto from another large insurance company I had Tracy give me a quote. Woah! She saved me, not hundreds but THOUSANDS on my home and auto policy. I can honestly say I have no regrets changing to Tracy and State Farm. If you think you're paying more than you should, call them. I finally emailed her office and met with Missy who's been in the business for over 30 years...She is incredible! Two years ago we bought a home in Prescott. Missy got us a homeowners policy as well as flood insurance with FEMA. Working with FEMA and my lender to obtain flood insurance was a nightmare. Missy kept at it with many calls to FEMA and my lender to get additional flood insurance because my lender kept saying more flood insurance was needed after the initial flood insurance policy was issued. read more
