This was a brilliant concoction of taco meat, briskett,brisket, red onions, and sour cream. And if you like a bit of heat, it also comes with jalepenos. All of it is a riff on loaded fries except tator tots are used instead. The portion size was quite nice, the workers were very friendly, and the dish arrived quickly despite the steady line of people placing orders. Looking forward to visiting the truck again and enjoying other variations on their menu.

This is a tiny venue and from my understanding it is branched from the love of food from the food truck. It has been around since Oct '24. The great news is that we got a spot and watched call in order after call order get picked up. It was one of the owners working the register and his wife in the kitchen. She may be an owner as well. It was Wing Wed and smoked rubbed wings were $.75. I was there for the tenderloin and had my heart set on it, although he was talking up the wings. You get your choice of side with your tenderloin for a great price. After we got the order put in, I still kinda wanted to try the wings. Really good rub that is available to buy. Our tenderloins didn't take very long to come out. Hot and fresh. They are NOT pounded flat which I love. They are thicker and still you might as well ask for 2 more buns the way the meat was way more than one bun can handle. We even noticed that it was a brioche bun. That is a better quality bun and you can taste the difference than a cheap bun. The batter of the tenderloin is fantastic. Never before have I had this type of breading. He share that it was oyster crackers. What a perfect idea. Great crunch and flavor all around. You get pickles and condiments as needed with your sandwich. With the size of the tenderloin that is provided, I couldn't eat the whole thing. I barely made it through a third. My side was the jalapeno creamed corn. Kim and I shared the Chicken Shawarma Plate, and it was some of the best food truck food we have ever had. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were excellent, and the chicken was incredibly tender. We had ridden about 20 miles in the wind, including a couple miles of gravel, to get there on bicycles, so between the cold beer and this plate of deliciousness, it felt pretty heavenly. The venue was a perfect spot for the truck, and the guy running it was funny, friendly, and courteous. That always makes the experience even better. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, tender meat, and friendly service. I cannot wait to try Karam's Grill again. 10/10. Yelp only lets me give 5 stars, but this felt like a 6-star visit.

I ordered one steak taco, one pastor taco, and a cup of corn. The tacos were smaller than other trucks, but they are FILLED with meat. Both my tacos were good but didn't blow me away with the flavor. Pastor tacos are usually pretty greasy, but this one felt greasier than what is typical. The corn was yummy and came with all the toppings. I got the corn with the spice on it and it was a perfect amount of heat. One thing I really liked about this truck was that you can pay with cash or card and they have a loyalty program.
