There's a difference between responsibility & authority & he does not understand his customer contact position. How much did they invest in the build out? I don't understand why I can't be given a walk through without having to spend $20 -- just to look, see what this big deal is about. Or is it a smelly, unclean place they don't want you seeing before they've had you sign membership documents? What is it they're trying to get away with?

Just be transparent and tell people what it costs to join the gym. Secondly, it's at the east side of Aviation Mall, a side that resembles a ghost town in that is nothing but empty stores makes me feel like I am walking into some horror movie. I dont like to go to places that feel abandoned. The people on their team don't look in good shape themselves so if you are a gym that charges a premium, I want to have coaches that are in better shape than me.

I love that they cater to both grigris and atc use. The walls are much higher than in our regular gym and are refreshingly challenging. The work out area is spacious and has a nice variety of equipment in good condition. The price for a day pass was very reasonable at only $15. The gym is clean and visually appealing. I unfortunately got there to late for the yoga class but would have loved to have tried that. Looked at the schedule and they have a nice selection of classes, from Vinyasa to strength. At the end of the month they even run a yoga class where the proceeds go to charity. We will definitely go back again the next time we are in town!
