He has helped me in and outside of the gym with my confidence, motivation and self esteem. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped transform my life with fun workouts tailored to my goals. Kyle is inspiring, honest, genuine and one of the most passionate trainers I know, he is invested in me reaching my goals, its much more than a client/trainer relationship. I can not recommend Studio Fitness and Kyle enough, they have exceeded my expectations and my personal opinion is Kyle is the absolute best personal trainer in Rutland. I have also taken a few of their group fitness classes, well worth the money. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
