At that point there was no risk. It was refreshing to be able to see the letters they actually send to the bureaus. All I had to do was use a third party site to mail them out. I could've also printed them. The process was a breeze and it was quick. There's no option to speak to a live rep, but this I assume helps keep the service free. The results worked for me. In all it took about 2-3 months to remove the negative items, which was perfectly fine with me. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might need it.
