Anything dealing with Tony the closer is a scam. He is the one who introduced everybody to Eli. He was transparent at first and said it was done for your service. Then, all of a sudden I had to start notarizing things for myself. These files disappeared, and I could not upload them when I tried to do it digitally thank God I actually printed out these dispute letters.. hoping I'm getting some of my money worth by notarized and certified mail which I've been calling them to ask. Is this how it works can I send it in but if I were you, I would save your money. This didn't turn out the way I expected it to. I hired this company a year ago to work on improving my credit score by removing the collections and charge offs on it. They promised to have them removed but months passed and nothing happened, I paid whatever I was instructed to but it was all a waste when I realized nothing was ever going to change. I was going to buy a new house so i needed a very good credit for that. This made me quit all involvement with CreditPRO and sign up with creditmasonrepairs . com, I was referred by a friend who had just resolved his bankruptcy issue with them. Mr. Eli is Totally Fraud. He took $3500 in advance for my Credit Repair, In two years he did nothing ZERO.

I joined with them around 2017, when my credit score was like 550 or something. By 2018, they got my score up to 700-740! I couldn't believe it! They did it by systematically and skillfully removing bad marks off my reports from the 3 bureaus. I don't really know the inner workings of exactly how they did it - but, important thing is that they EFFFIN DID IT!! Now, I can rent a decent place or get certain types of loans (but, not all - not yet). But, I'm happy. Frankly, it just feels good knowing I have good credit - ya know!? I gave them my case to work on, because I had a good intuition about Elly and Gloria; that they could do something, online companies can't. They have 'street smarts' or 'money smarts' - I mean, hey - they're Jewish (Stereotype: Jews good with money)! They answered my calls, like 80-90 percent of the time. I can't say anything but incredible things about this company. I had one negative item that I couldn't seem to figure out how to take off on my own. From day one, Eli was understanding and hands on. He walked me through the entire process. COVID delays only made this more difficult, but he kept me up to date and was very responsive. If they were crooks, the would have given me the run around acting as if they could help me even more, but they were honest and told me the truth. I started working with Eli, may 2020. He seemed so helpful and knowledgeable when I first started working with him. 10 months later, all that was removed was 1 inquiry. I called every month to check on the status of my account, Eli assured me he was working hard on my account. Eli had given me a contract in the beginning that stated, if after 6 months there was no improvement in my credit, I would be able to get my money back. I reached out and told him that I had been patient and wanted my money back. He said he would look into my account and get back to me. For a week after our last conversation I have called, and emailed trying to get a hold of him about my account and refund. I have heard nothing, I even was willing to compromise and said I would accept half of my money back. I have still heard nothing, I have reported this business to the federal trade commission. And I am working with an agency to retrieve my money back. I am so disappointed, I did really like Eli, it's unfortunate things went so sour. Credit Repair Pro changed my life. After attempting to clean up my credit on my own, (to no avail), I went into their office to seek counsel. They gave me a free consultation and worked with me on my very limited budget. They walked me through the process, taught me some do's and don'ts, and cleaned up my shitty credit. It takes a minute to fix your credit, and you'll have to show up and continually forward the staff @ Credit Repair Pro the mail that comes in from the different bureaus. If you're proactive about this process, their wonderful staff will fix your credit. This is a legit establishment. I just got a new lease on an incredible apartment! Credit Pro Repair is the absolute best. I have heard about certain places that scam and was nervous to even hire a company to tackle something this important, but it was worth every damn penny. When I signed up with credit pro repair my credit was sooo bad and I was getting turned down from jobs (thanks to the new law that uses credit check). I was frustrated so I called and started working with Jimmy. A few weeks after I started seeing results. After Jimmy left I start working with Eli and I was advised to get a secure credit card and I did. TODAY.. my credit is excellent. I got a check in the mail from Bank of America & they increased my credit limit. I also have a credit card from chase that's over 5,000. I am sooo happy.
