Walmart is within walking distance and a few other restaurants or eateries. Free cookies in the lobby. Mmmm Always milk, yogurt, and string cheese in the kitchen lobby. Managers reception a portion of the week. Pool and hot tub. Gym. Little store for snacks or any items you may have forgotten. Televisions downstairs. Nice clean rooms. Depending on where you stay (side of the building) your room may differ. Tub shower combo or stand alone shower. A fridge and microwave, just a fridge, or a full kitchenette. Each room has a desk and a chair. Sometimes a couch and a little hand sink outside of the actual bathroom.

Was told is was for the amenities. Free breakfast, dinner,( which they do not serve on weekends) the equipment in the exercise room were out of order. The laundry room looked like it was thrown together. With a couple units out of order. Do not recommend this place at all. I also informed my family in Williston about this experience.

Their breakfast was nice: waffle maker, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, sausage, toast, hot oatmeal, cereal, Danson yogurt, oranges and apples, and their robust coffee was good. My room accommodations were nice. The put me in a two queen room. It has a desk area, and seat, flat. Screen TV, microwave and fridge. They provide mouthwash, soap shampoo conditioner, shoe polish kit and a make-up remover in the room. The room also had a 2 USB outlet and two outlet adapter on the lamp in between the beds and a separate alarm clock. It was a nice touch. The pool area has a heated pool and the hot tub was closed until further notice. The pool goes from 3ft to 4.5 ft. Not very deep, which I like. The fitness center had free weights, differ My rate was 199 per night.

As many know, the oil boom has made lodging in Williston hard to come by. My usual Hampton Inn was sold out months before, and even with Diamond status with Hilton, still couldn't book a room. After Best Western completely screwed up my reservation, I was thankfully able to get a room for two nights here, and in a way I'm kind of glad my reservations got derailed. This place is a total breathe of fresh air in the, um, interesting town of Williston. This hotel has full-service amenities (including room service, a 24-hour pantry for microwaveable meals and other accoutrements, gym, pool, and full bar) and ran me about $299/night, which is pricey, but you don't really have much choice out here. It might be cheaper if you book it in advance when you don't have other hotels dicking your reservations over. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, something hard to come by 'round these parts. There's your usual drunken riff-raff that come around at night (fat hookers and loud, drunken rednecks) but as long as you stay in your room it's not that bad. It's WILLISTON. Cuddle up in the free robe they give you, watch a movie on the free fast wi-fi, and be grateful you don't have to live out here.

Service is basic and not as helpful as you would think based on first impressions. It's nice looking soon as you walk in but don't let that fool you. Music on loudly in lobby which doesn't seem to bother you at first unless you have a room just above the lobby area. AT 10pm is loud as hell. Of course I asked them to turn it down and they turn it off for the nigh. There's breakfast in the morning in a large room just beyond the front desk but the downside is that they have reconstituted eggs and microwaved bacon so I'm eating out because that just turns me off in the morning. I'll grab a banana and that's about it. There's a work out room with free weights & cardiovascular equipment. There's both an indoor hot tub and pool next to each other and some tables and chairs on the inside pool deck..towels provided but if you're a female, I suggest to pass it up since all the perverted men come down there and probably pee in the water. There's an outdoor sun patio with chaise lounge chairs to relax in but for my stay, the construction of the parking lot paving and building across the street isn't desirable at all. But..it will eventually complete and you can relax when its all done that's if all the perverted men in town aren't staring at you up and down. God forbid you look them straight in the eye. They would construe that as an invitation. They have free coffee, tea and hot water all day in the same room they serve breakfast..nothing special. Property is near the main drag so you can access everything fast but watch out for careless drivers. It's all an accident waiting to happen. Wal-mart is next door as is the airport and once again it's perv central. You can walk to both although I wouldn't suggest it. Do your homework about this town first before you venture out on foot. It's not something you see around here I almost forgot to mention that if you travel with any valuables and you'd like to lock it up..each room is equipped with a safe in the closet that you choose your own pin to use. If you get lower level rooms, be prepared to hear stomping of elephants above you. People here have no consideration for the folks below them and in addition if you are in a room on the 1st level near the lobby, you hear absolutely everything..so I can't stress it enough. Bring your earplugs but hopefully you can hear your alarm go off in the morning. So far every night I've been here thus far (6 nights) I've been awakened to slamming of doors, noisy lobby sound system that's way too loud (apparently the installer put speakers in wrong), neighboring rooms who patrons can't find their "inside' voice etc. I feel like a walking zombie most days. I get to leave here for another establishment on the 1st. Thank you for small miracles. I hope my next experience is better.

There is an indoor pool with water slides in the center. Sometimes you can smell the chlorine in the hallways. There is a workout room, but it is one of the saddest workout rooms I've ever seen. A home gym would probably have more equipment, better lighting, and would be more inviting The rooms are spacious enough, but the furniture and everything is visibly old and run down. The bathroom was clean ish, but old, and I spent as little time in there as needed There is a restaurant and "The Tavern," which from the outside looks cheesy, but the interior is just as confusing as the rest of the hotel. There is a modern looking bar with a gas fireplace right next to slot machines. The service was less than exceptional. Drinks took forever, and the menu prices were outdated, and when the check came we were told these were the new pieces The thing that got me the most about this hotel is there are no elevations. We had huge pelican cases with equipment, and we were booked on the second floor because the first flood was full. They have a tiny gym with 3 machines and 2 weights, a nice place to get away to be active. The pool wasn't open when we came and they also have a conference room available too. I think the best part of the hotel is the vicinity to Walmart, literally a 2 minute walk away. It's also pretty close to the Main Street with restaurants. I'd recommend it, only thing is our key card kept acting up and sometimes wouldn't open our room. Luckily, we were on the first floor so it was easy to get it reset at the front counter.

We pulled into town at about 9pm and stopped at a place that had no vacancy. I goggled our options in the area and called the 800 number of this business. I spoke with a representative that wanted to transfer me for free perks. No lady! It's late. We've been driving for 10 hours and I want out of the car and into a bed. I asked if they had 2 queens for 4 adults and she says yes. We booked and paid for the room over the phone, while simultaneously driving over to the location (I'm not the one driving!). I check in and the front desk clerk doesn't have our reservation. What!? I told her I just got done talking with someone and gave them my CC. I showed her the phone number that came up with the Google search and it was their corporate office. She refreshed her computer system and found us: a 1 room with 2 double beds. Um no! I asked for 2 QUEEN beds. ** A double bed is a Full size bed. It does not fit 2 larger sized adults. I've been cramped up in a vehicle. I don't want to be cramped up in bed too. They sell twin sheets, twin XL sheets, full sheets, queen, kings and California king sheets. I have never seen double sized sheets at Target. ** They are sold out of rooms with queen beds and only have doubles left. That should have been clarified over the phone because in would have passed. However, she assured me they can fit 2 people. Whatever. We got a 1st floor room at the end of the hall. We park our car at the nearest door and unload our bags. Walking into the room it smells like wet dog. Gag! And the beds were indeed narrow, full sized beds. Just like I thought. But the room was plenty wide enough to fit 2 queens. Again, only 3 pillows in each bed. I don't get it with hotels and only 3 pillows. If you're putting 4 people in a room, then give each person 2 pillows. They're should be 8, not 6 available. Tonight I took 2 and gave sis the 1 reject pillow. Dad had to move the car after unloading as that side of the parking lot was getting resurfaced and was roped off. It seemed like forever he was gone so I went looking for him. The key card didn't work on the opposite side entry door and he was locked out. In the morning, I saw someone had jammed a rock in the doorway to keep the door open. Maybe we weren't the only ones. Back to the beds: We dealt we each other's body heat, legs touching, hips touching, arms touching. Geez, I sound like a pre-teen. Mom, she's touching me! Funnily enough, Sis actually fell out trying to turn over. After that, I just got out, turned myself around and resituated myself in a new position. The air conditioner was a good noise machine to drown out the ceiling creaking from the patrons walking on the floor above us. The bathroom was okay. Plenty of towels, wash clothes for all. I didn't realize how bad the smell in the room was until you left and then returned. Just nasty wet dog. We took part of their continental breakfast at 8:30am. Only a little bit of milk left in a pitcher in the mini fridge. I saw they had a waffle iron but no batter. I asked the new front desk lady if she knew where the waffle batter was. She said she'd make some more. The pitcher was in the sink, drip drying from being washed. It only took her a couple of minutes and we were in business. Tasted good. They also had grab n go paper bags filled with water, apple, and cereal granola bar. Other than 1 other man eating, we saw no other guests. So we ended our trip with a big giant fail. Didn't ruin the trip but it could ruin yours. Avoid at all costs! It's not worth it, not even a money bargain as it was over $100.
