Communication is terrible. To the likes of the company "Century" the owner used to work for. Was quoted a 4 week lead time and still waiting at 6 weeks now. Was told yesterday 10/24 that the owner would contact me in the evening to advise on status of an order after I told him to just ship my project back to me if it wouldn't be completed and delivered to my door by the weekend of 10/27. That didn't happen either. Terrible service and I'm assuming the workmanship follows suit. Lesson learned. read more

Keith is awesome! Great guy to deal with. Awesome skills and customer service. He repaired my FR8 with a butchered triple ring sight base. He did a wonderful job. He even zeroed the rifle b4 shipping. Ive had rifles built/repaired by known manufacturers and they arrived with canted sights. Keith knows what he's doing. Jaime read more

Keith is swamped with business and you have to be very patient. Quality work and craftsmanship but the wait is similar to waiting for an ATF transfer. Still I would go to him. read more
