That was surprising, especially since they filled the exact same medication for my child just last week without any issues. At no point did anyone call to let me know there was a problem. Initially, we were simply told the prescription hadn't been received. There also didn't seem to be any concern that I was now out of a medication I've taken daily for years. I make a point of supporting local businesses whenever I can instead of larger chains, but based on this experience, this won't be the pharmacy our family of five chooses going forward.
