The guy who works there is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. And he was able to offer me an unbeatable price for cbd/hemp cigs so I'll surely be going back. I bought a pretty pink bowl there months back, again, he provided excellent service. read more

Returns policy sucks, why does the customer have to do the foot work guy? Or you get the junk end of the line stuff cause you know this will happen often. Its not me, its them! Nice story bro! Good selection the guys that work there are nice I bought a bong for $30 which is a decent price and they gave me a free king palm there's also no other smoke shops that have a selection for 420 users in the 202 area so I'm happy this opened read more

Terrible customer service. Bought a product that didn't work and no return since I opened it...(obviously I have to open it to tell if it's broken or not). The uninformed rep behind the counter on the phone gave me wrong information to have his manager tell him the correct return information then call me back but I said forget it. Better vape shops in this area don't give them the time. The ONLY good thing about this shop is that their prices are decent at best. read more

I decided to give this place a try, despite seeing a one star review. I'm glad I did. I went there after calling around and finding that they carried CBD flower. I've been interested to check this out since it was recently made legal. The guy who helped me (I missed his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable.
