    Poor and disrespectful management! My husband was booked here through his job for out of town work. He came home with what we thought was a rash. Tiny res spots that itched like crazy. He was only home for a two day break and when he came back, our 3 kids and I came with him. The room had not been touched the entire time he was gone. And after our first night there, I now know where his "rash" came from. BED BUGS! I AM DISGUSTED! The manager first blamed it on us. Even though I looked up reviews from months ago where guests had bed bugs. Then she went on to say "well, what hotel doesn't have bed bugs?" A CLEAN ONE. She refused to show us documentation of claimed pest control or even where a maid had checked the room as she claimed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Stayed here for just one night passing through the area and got it last minute for a steal! No complaints whatsoever, bed was comfortable, shower was roomy and the water pressure was fine. This is about 30 minutes down the road from Oxford so it's a good place to stay without having to scour the college town for hotel deals. Tip-it's up the hill from another hotel and not visible until you're right next to it, so if you see another (sketchy af) hotel keep going a little ways. Didn't partake in the breakfast, as I left super early. All in all a safe place to stay and would definitely recommend it!

    Drove in from out of state for a funeral. Got in later in the evening and for some reason the room keys wouldn't work. I was given 4 different rooms and finally the desk attendant went up and open the door, but only to find out later that morning around 2:30 after waking up to bedbugs eating at my flesh. I took pictures and the bed bug down to the front desk. At this time there was another desk attendant. She was very nice and apologetic and CONFIRMED that it was in fact a BED BUG and for the inconvenience, she'd discount $30 off the first night since management wasn't on staff. She put me and my family in a different room and again the key cards didn't work. This is how we found out she used a master key to open the door which had like a red bullseye on back, because she had to go up to let us in. The next morning, the day of my aunts funeral, I went down to talk to the manager on duty. She was already aware of the situation and came out guarded, but o was nice about the incident and only asked to be comped the first nice for the inconvenience. She then explained that there was NOTHING she could do until her PEST CONTROL team came in and investigate the room to verify it was bedbugs and that wouldn't happen until Monday 1/3. I was booked there 3 nights. I was leaving out Saturday, New Year Eve back home to Illinois and that's all she could tell me, so I became frustrated because she tried to tell me to our faces that it wasn't a bed bug and I brought it down to the front desk and showed her my arm and pictures. So me and my family packed everything up and left. Since her hands were tied, I called my bank to STOP PAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE STAY, not just the one night I politely asked for. Once we gathered out belongings, I went back in to get the managers business card and rather her coming back out to talk to me she send the desk attendant to do her dirty work and tell me that her business cards were on back order and she was out so I asked her could she write her name and information down, only to be given the DM information, rather than the Manager on Duty. But I guess she forgo her first initial and last name was on the wall. Room 329! DO NOT STAY HERE. They have BED BUGS AND THE MANAGER S.KENNEDY IS A RUDE CONDESCENDING individual.

    We checked in the room and to our surprise it was filthy! Dried urine and hair on the toilet. Long black hair n the floor n bathroom. The vent over commode was so haired over with dust so thick looked nasty. 2big holes n lampshade. You could write ur name n the dust on the chair rail. Marriott quality is gone! Don't expect the manager April to help. She will not. Will never stay here again!! Don't waste your money here! They don't even deserve 1star. But it wouldn't let me finish the post without it. You should have given me a refund. Got a few measly Marriott points.

    Horrible. Bed bugs everywhere. I even have pictures of…read morethem. Needles in the hall way, going to our room. Smelled like mold in the entire room. They refuse to give us our money back claiming that they did not find bedbugs but I got bit by one and have photo proof of them. There was dried urine on the toilet seat when we first got there. We had to leave ay 8 at night to find a different hotel. The employee at the front desk acted like he really didn't even care at all. He claimed that we had to speak to the manager and it took four days to talk to her just for her to claim that she couldn't find any bedbugs. DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. YOU WILL GO HOME WITH BED BUGS AND BITES.

The next day, after 12 hours of work, his key card wasn't working. He stood in the lobby for over an HOUR AND A HALF while calling the main phone line, knocking on manager door, yelling for any employee before someone showed up. The african american employee who walked in with a nasty attitude started CURSING at him (we have this all on recording) while we were on the phone with Priceline who also could not get ahold of the property. Unacceptable behavior from the employee and having a patron be stuck outside of their room & belongings for almost two hours. Will never stay at any Quality Inn again. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Disgusting.
