Update Stayed here a couple more times (I'm a sucker for Marriott properties). Spoiler: it ain't the trucks that stink, it's the whole area. I received a survey request from the property and responded that it smelled like and they were like "yeah bro, this is an agricultural community". I get it, but so is Goodland, KS but their Holiday Inn doesn't smell like (my Marriott loyalty doesn't extend to this location anymore). read more

What a welcome relief while on the road. The hotel is very nice, our room was very clean. We asked for a roll away bed for an extra $10 per night. They also have trailer/truck parking on the North side of the building so if you have a U-Haul or trailer this is super convenient. Located a short walk from the Love's Travel stop and Carls Jr. The ladies at the desk were kind, there is a laundry room for $2 per wash and dry, a pool and they serve breakfast. read more

Not much in this town. Crystal, at the desk, was very honest and helpful because this hotel was filled at first ask. But after dinner a reservation had become available so we were able to stay. Very clean. Don't stay at one of those lesser coating places in town. read more

We stayed here on a road trip to Denver and were pleasantly surprised by the clean, fresh look. It's a newer hotel with an updated look. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. On the morning of our departure, we had gotten quite a bit of snow, but the plow didn't show up until after 10am when the front desk staff called them to ask if they could come. I thought they would have been there earlier. We ended up staying another night due to the weather (icy roads). Be warned that the only food in walking distance is a Carl's Jr. The lobby does offer a small market with microwavable meals and some chips, snacks, and cookies. The hot continental breakfast in the morning has lots to offer- yogurt, fruit, biscuits, eggs, Canadian bacon, and fresh hot coffee. If we ever find ourselves in Burlington again, we'll definitely stay here. read more

This is a clean newer hotel on the block. Was greeted by a friendly host who thanked me for being a rewards member. Room was clean and modern. I found the AC worked well and almost froze us during the night. Only down side was the bright down lights outside the building shined through the bottom of the curtain just above the AC unit. This let in a little light which I prefer a blacked out room but none the less did not keep me from getting a good night of sleep. The bed was comfortable and ample amount of pillow on the bed for a great rest. The complimentary breakfast was typical standard fair from hotel breakfasts. It is self serve with waffles, cereal, breads, and sausage or Canadian bacon. Decent food for a great start of the day. Definitely would stay her again. read more

We have stayed at the Fairfield 3 time in a year. It is the best place to stay in Burlington. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The manager Connie is friendly. They recommended a restaurant, The Dish Room, excellent. Friendly staff, clean room what more can you ask for? read more

The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because how rude the staff were. I stayed twice within a 7 day period and check in staff were really rude both nights. 1 out 2 breakfast staff were very rude. So 75% of the staff I e countered we're very rude. No acknowledgement of Marriott status as per usual upon check in. Requested upgrade when upgrade was available and told there was no upgrade. The bonvoy app tells which rooms are still available. Rooms were very clean and nice breakfast included in rate. read more

Convenient and close to the interstate. Room was clean and the desk staff helpful in assisting with finding food and liquor. It's next door to a truck stop, but there was no excess noise to disturb our sleep. read more

Served by staff who took our orders. Right next to a Loves truck stop and plenty of food choices nearby. Pet friendly. read more

We were half way through a 2 week vacation driving from NC to Colorado pulling a travel trailer when our power steering and power brakes stopped working. Thankfully we were in a Loves Gas station parking lot and there were 3 hotels within walking distance. After we found Grant from Grant's garage and auto repair to fix our truck we knew it was going to take some time so we chose Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott to stay for the night. The staff were so friendly and understanding of our problems. Even after we checked out they let us play cards in their dinning area until our truck was ready. The general manager went above and beyond to help us get back on the road by giving my husband a ride to Grant's garage to pickup our truck. Even though this breakdown was not in our plans the pool and comfortable room made our stop enjoyable and we will have a great memory of our time at this Fairfield Inn in Burlington, CO. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious! read more

Nice, new, hotel! As of my stay (2/2017), this place is so new that it still has that "new car smell". The mattresses are really nice, as is pretty much everything else in the place, except for the sound insulation. You might want to avoid this place if you're a light sleeper. It's a little close to the interstate, but the real sound problem is that the hotel is along 385 and you'll hear trucks engine breaking down the hill all night. Additionally, the doors slam really loudly if you just let the door go when you enter or leave, and the sound insulation inside the hotel is weak enough that you'll hear it almost every time anyone five or six doors down goes in or out of their room. I tried wearing earplugs and I still heard all of the things mentioned above. And god help you if you're near the elevator. The elevator ding is turned up incredibly loudly, to the point where it's quite clear all the way down the hallway. If you're in one of the nearby rooms, the sound of the elevator is loud and clear from inside the rooms, which I know because we initially got a room right next to the elevator. The staff let us switch rooms when we asked to move further from the elevator, but given that there were a lot of open rooms (the parking lot had maybe 6 cars in it when we arrived, and not all that many even at midnight), why would they assign us a room right next t the elevator? The gym is lame (two treadmills, one elliptical, and a bench with dumbbells going up to 50 lbs), and the pool isn't a lap pool, but I don't really expect too much more in a rural hotel that's just off the interstate. I don't know why there are so many new hotels in the area (there's a brand new Woodspring Suites just across the road from the Fairfield Marriott, and the night we stayed, the Fairfield was 30% full and the Woodspring only had a single car in the lot, probably from an employee), but it means you can get really good prices, at least for now. read more

Room is Very clean, modern, definite upgrade from two prior Fairfield's we've stayed at this week, a surprise bc it's The only Marriott option between Kansas City and Denver. COVID-19 precautions require masks, but the fierce wind and the overwhelming smell of pig/cow-manure makes me thankful I have it. read more

Very nice place! Interstate got closed down due to blizzard so everyone & there dog/cat/cousin trying to find a place to sleep, we found this place! Great hotel for the price ($103 with AAA). Was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and even included fresh fruit (melon & strawberries). Only problem was our air conditioner was a little noisy, but I still slept well. read more

Checked in late and had poor service from the start...had to wait until the front desk phone rang before anyone would come out and help. Room above us had what I can only guess were kids jumping off the bed onto the floor. Called the same unhelpful front desk and got no assistance. Probably the most RV/5th wheel friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. They have parking out back specifically for long rigs and electricity to charge at night. The rooms are very clean and NEW. read more
