This hotel is not worth the price and not what I'm used to with other Marriott hotels. The rooms have dirty burnt orange and red carpet. The furniture is old and scratched up. The smell when you walk in the rooms smell like wet carpet and musk mixed. The beds are lumpy and I was sliding to 1 side. The comforters are a thin piece of fabric. On top of all that, they offer free breakfast with no water. You can have coffee or juices. They have water to purchase but not available with your meal. For $190 it's not worth it.

We arrived and waited 10 min for someone to show up to the desk. We checked in went to the rooms and as soon as you opened both room doors there was an overwhelming smell of horrible foul septic sewer issues. You could not even walk into either room the smell was so foul. They changed our rooms, one of the rooms had not even been cleaned, but it was too late to change again. Additionally, no hot water that night, and only warm in am.I essentially paid $300 for 1 night and changed to the Hilton. No MOD to speak with.

This place feels very homey. We got here late at night and the check in was a breeze. The rooms are nice and updated. The breakfast in the morning was definitely above average compared to other Marriotts I have been to. The Buffett attendant was very neat and organized, replenished everything right away. The bacon was crispy and the potatoes delicious! The kids loved it and we were truly pleased

See tip below. Other than that, we loved this property. Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast! Good location too if you want to be close to attractions but not in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and great smelling room. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the service. Can't get over on how clean the room and bathroom is. Their free continental breakfast is the cherry on top. Food is delicious and warm always. Staff is friendly and helpful.

What you don't experience is the kind care of the folks who work here. Let's start with CLEAN! Lots of surfaces, lots of wood, and it is all clean and so well maintained. Friendly: the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Always available if you need to call the lift or have a question. Rooms are all furnished with an individual style. Breakfast was great! Just let them know when you think you will head to the dining room and then you order off the menu. Everything we had was great and prepared just for us. My husband was particularly fond of the grits, ordering a double portion once he had tried them! Ip really enjoyed the Cinnamon Toast with Blueberry preserves. Location:Um, did I mention it is right in the midst of Winter Garden? Great spot for walking about and exploring. I also enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee before breakfast and sitting out front near the Winter Garden fountain, so peaceful. They also have a designated parking lot next to the Inn for cars with tags (which you get a checkin). Highly recommend this spot. If you are put off by having separate hot and cold faucets, maybe pass this up, but if you want an experience and a great stay, definitely check it out and check in!

My car was not molested. They charge for self-parking 1. We did not take Home 2's bus to the parks as the schedule was poor. We took cabs. 2. The rooms are good. We had 2Q & a sofa bed too. 3. Bathroom was fine. Plenty of hot water. Good towels. WiFi was good. 4. The breakfast was fine. I just wish they served it for more hours, 5. If you're flying into MCO & no car, I'll suggest taking the Mears Shuttle to Coronado Springs & then Taxi to Home 2. 6. The pool area is good. On Thurs.they have Disney movies under the stars. They also have BBQ grills and there's a Target next door where you can purchase food. 7. The parking situation can be improved. Parking close to the hotel is limited. They have a parking garage 5-min walk away. What I did not like was there were cars, consuming limited prime parking spots without the mandatory parking pass.

Wall-mounted nightstands on either side of the bed had 110V and USB outlets. One side also included a wireless (Qi) phone charger. The room had plenty of hooks for clothing and/or towels. There was a fridge (without freezer) and microwave. There were 2 potential work areas, a desk and chair, plus an easy chair and side table. The bathroom was beautiful and functional. The vanity area was spacious. A sensor turned the effective exhaust fan on when the bathroom was occupied. The sliding shower doors were great, and having the control at the opposite end from the shower head is a great touch. The shower had one of the retro Waterpik Shower Massage heads. The bathroom floor, unfortunately, was quite dirty. Wifi disconnected and didn't reconnect automatically, an annoyance. Breakfast was so-so. While the breakfast room was spacious and modern, the lights were glaringly bright. Bad coffee, powdered eggs, chicken sausage patties, and rubbery hard-cooked eggs were not my thing. The grits were ok. There were quite a few bread selections, but nothing special. The first floor of the hotel has a water fountain and bottle filler. We appreciated this, as the bathroom faucet in our room made bottle filling nearly impossible. Also on the first floor are a couple of nice small meeting or work spaces. The hotel is easy to miss when driving westbound, even if using GPS. If you miss the first turn-in, as we did twice, you can make the next right and come into the parking lot from the back. We were unimpressed with the price we paid (over $260 for one night including tax). It seemed excessive. If I factored the price in, I would have lowered the rating.

AN "ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW REVIEW" FOR 5"THE HAMPTON INN IN OCOEE!…read more I am going to do my best to cover everything you need to know regarding your future stay at the Hampton Inn, so let's go! Location 4/5 - I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It's right next to the turnpike and in a high traffic area with a number of restaurants, stores, and malls nearby. And Even in this area, the hotel is pushed off in the back so it's still pretty calm and quiet. Regarding getting to major attractions like theme parks or the airport, most things are 20-35 mins away if you use the turnpike or 408 toll ramp. Affordability 4/5 - I thought the hotel was pretty affordable as well. I stayed during the Christmas break (2025) and the cheapest rate of the room was about $125 (non refundable rate). Compared to other hotels I researched for my stay, I saved an extra $150 a night staying at the Hampton Inn. You will have to pay a $50 security deposit when you check in but that will be returned to you once you check out. Accommodations 4/5 - the hotel was extremely clean and the amenities were in tip top shape. They had a gym, swimming pool, office area, printer, conference rooms, an outdoor fire pitch, and a mini store in the lobby if you forgot any items. The room i stayed in (317) was big and spacious enough for at-least 2 adults and a young child. The bathroom was in good shape, clean, and the room itself came with all the bells and whistles (iron board, iron, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, etc.) Comfort 5/5: I was extremely pleased with the bed. It was comfortable and firm. The sheets were clean when we arrived and house keeping was timely whenever needed. Breakfast 3/5: Now breakfast does come included with your stay and that was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I believe the time is from 6am-10am and It's your standard continental breakfast, so it was pretty simple. Most of the items didn't change throughout my stay but I thought it was still a decent selection to start your day with. It's not super special but it gets the job done. Service 5/5: the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made my stay a memorable one. They give me a welcome bag with water for my room and were willing to go over and beyond to make my stay the best and even helped me update my reservation when I made an error initially. Their level of customer service was top tier and is a major reason I would stay with them again. Hopefully that breakdown helps you consider the Hampton Inn in Ocoee the next time you visit Orlando!

I was assigned an ADA accessible room - not needed just what I was assigned and that was fine. When I entered, I noticed there was no shower curtain, I thought maybe that it on purpose although it would make quite a mess with the overhead shower and was probably a slip hazard. I figured I would have to use the handheld shower head and ask the next morning. It was late so I did not want to bother the staff. Water still went everywhere but I had extra towels available. The next day I asked the front desk if accessible rooms were supposed to have shower curtains and she said yes, I said Ok well mine does not. She asked for the room number but I explained I do not like people in the room when I am not there and would be back in a couple of hours. She still asked for my room, and I said again I will give it when I get back. When I returned... my room would not open. I had to try 4 times before it finally opened. The lock would turn green but the door would not budge. This happened the rest of the stay as well. I called down, and housekeeping was on my floor, so she came very quickly. I was told that this room should have a curtain and the housekeeping manager is supposed to check every room not sure how this was missed. This was a HUGE slipping hazard, especially if I actually needed the accessible room. I let the front desk know when I left that this was really disappointing and on top of this the "refrigerator" in the room did not cool anything. I had some ice packs with me that helped me keep the water cool the first night but by the second night they were no longer cooling either. The Hampton Inn rooms are usually quite spacious with a long desk and spacious bathroom. This was not it. tiny desk in the corner. The area, is easily accessible, there are tons of restaurants minutes from Marketplace at Altamonte Springs and the Altamonte Springs mall. There is a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House just behind and across the street from the hotel. There are also other hotels to choose from... All in all, I would probably find a different Hampton Inn property or a different hotel brand next time.. Do better.

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.
