I'm reviewing this business 1 month after their grand opening, so as they expand some of these details may change. Currently they have coffee and lotus options and a couple small packaged snacks (goldfish crackers, etc). They have all the expected coffee options including iced, hot, lattes, and milk substitutes. They have unique lotus flavors with fun names like "sidewalk chalk". Unfortunately I'm pregnant and am limiting my caffiene intake, but the few drinks I've had here have been super yummy and affordably priced. I'd easily compare the quality to other small coffee shops in town.  The real highlight though is their play area- which is essentially an indoor gated play room filled with toys age appropriate for kids 1 to 8. My two girls (a 1 year old and a kindergartener) absolutely love the area. There is a soft cushion climbing area, an ice cream/ coffee cart, building toys, dinosaurs, and books. They do seem to rotate toys and there are often new fun things to find. All of the toys are clean and very well-maintained. They do have a separate area just for young babies as well.  Parents can sit in the play area or at a bar that lines the area, looking in. There are also couches, comfy chairs, and cafe tables. I prefer the bar area, as I can watch my children while also working on my laptop, writing in my planner, etc on the bar top. One thing I very much appreciate is that the ambiance music is kept at a very low volume- which I think helps keep the kids at a low volume as well. The decor is comfy and gives kind of an earthy boho "beige mom" vibe- which again, is very calming. The staff are very friendly and easy going and seem to allow free-play without micromanaging the kids.  I'm just so grateful a place like this came to Quincy. We'll be frequent flyers here. Clean, kid friendly, welcoming, and comfy. What more could a mom ask for in a coffee shop?

We rented the place in the evening and it was extremely well-lit with bright flourecent lights- which I really appreciated. The room also has an additional kitchen area with a sink, trash can, and fridge. There is also a large bathroom that is easily accessible for handicapped individuals. The bathroom was well-stocked and extremely clean. In fact the entire place was very clean; virtually spotless. I can't wait to use this business for future parties, because it's a blank space. I love that the walls and tables are white- so it can be easily decorated in virtually any theme. It's significantly more affordable than other party rooms in town and the room is just the right size for groups under 50 people. The owner waa extremely professional and had the place all set up when I arrived. They met me as soon as I pulled up and gave me a quick tour- then messaged me as I left to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. When I reserved and paid for the space the contract was promptly sent to me and was clear and easy to read and comprehend. There were no crazy rules; basically just make sure not to break anything (which is a super reasonable request). The payment process with a credit card was simple and all done online with ease. This woman was rude the second I walked in. As we were finishing our check in she told us we needed a $200 cash deposit to rent the room. Wtf is that about. After 2 hours of being there they accused us of smoking in the room. My husband doesn't smoke and she watched me walk outside several times to smoke. As this got progressively worse she said she took pictures of the room but wouldn't show us the pictures which tells me she's lying about it. She kept our 200 dollars which I think is illegal considering she has our credit card on file. I'm pretty sure she put it in her pocket. She didn't like us the minute we were pissed about the 200 cash deposit so she discriminated against us. Her coworker said she didn't smell cigarette smoke but she ignored that completely. I asked for her supervisors number she wouldn't give it. I asked for corporate number she gave me hotel number. She obviously doesn't want me to talk to anyone above her. My brother is a lawyer and he say YES SHE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST US.
