The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. The hotel staff are professional and kind. I've never encountered any issues while staying here. The breakfast is good. But it would be nice if they'd change the options periodically. I also like that the night auditors are visually present late at night/early morning instead of hiding in the office. I like hearing them tell me to have a good night. Regardless of the two star rating, I've only experienced five star service at this property. I will continue staying at this property. Thank you.
