As someone who travels regionally for work on a weekly basis, I typically wait to book a hotel until I'm winding down my day and know where I'll be starting again the next morning. I almost always choose Marriott first, with Hilton brands as my second option. That said, I booked the Fairfield Inn Titusville Kennedy Space Center simply based on location--it was close to where I needed to be the next day and part of a hotel brand I've long trusted. When I pulled into the property, I noticed it was situated right off the highway among several other roadside options like Days Inn and other economy-tier stops. I was tired, but it was a Fairfield, and I expected it would meet my basic needs: a clean place to finish up work, hop on a conference call, and get a good night's rest. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I've come to expect from Marriott. Like I always do, I pulled back the sheets to check the cleanliness of the bed--something I've done habitually for years--and this time, I wasn't so lucky. When I lifted the fitted sheet, I found bugs. Horrified, I packed up immediately and called Bonvoy support, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I also made it clear I didn't want to be double billed as I was leaving the hotel due to unsanitary conditions. Disappointingly, the Bonvoy representative apologized but informed me there was "nothing she could do" and that I had to handle it locally with the hotel. For someone who has been loyal to Marriott for years and is supposed to be a "valued" Bonvoy member, that response was incredibly disheartening. It felt like my loyalty didn't matter once an issue arose. It's easy to offer service when things go right, but it's how a brand manages the tough moments that truly defines customer experience--and Bonvoy completely missed the mark. Fortunately, the gentleman working the front desk at the Fairfield Inn was gracious, understanding, and clearly embarrassed. He handled the situation with professionalism and care. He immediately reversed the charge on my corporate card and even offered to help find me another hotel. While I had already secured a new room elsewhere, I thanked him sincerely--his response was exactly what I had hoped for from Marriott corporate. It's a shame he had to carry the weight of a failure that wasn't his alone. There were also some red flags I brushed off upon arrival that, in hindsight, were telling. For instance, the elevator call button didn't work. If you needed to use the elevator from the lobby, you had to notify the front desk so they could go into the control room and send it manually. From your room, you had to call down to have it summoned. While I personally don't mind stairs, I can recognize how inconvenient this would be for a guest with luggage or accessibility needs. In the end, while the front desk associate salvaged what could've been a total disaster, my confidence in the Marriott brand has taken a real hit. More like 3 1/2 stars. We picked this property because of its location and because we had some Marriott points to use up. It's an easy access off of State Road 56 right near Culver's and not far from the Wiregrass Mall. They are relatively new and everything is still bright and shiny and clean -- from the lobby to the rooms. We were able to check In earlier than usual which was a plus for us. We had our choice of floors -- even though they were quite busy with a large group of hockey moms and the players. Check-in was friendly, pretty fast and smooth. Our room on the top floor (the 4th) had a king size bed; combo table/desk against the wall and above it a really huge flatscreen TV. There was an area with a mini fridge, small microwave, and coffee maker. The fridge had no freezer section, though. The bathroom was a decent size with a large walk in glass shower stall. The only really tiny area was a mini sized closet -- which we didn't use. My only other minor quibble about the room setup is that the outlets by one side of the bed were too far away to have my phone plugged in and charging while I used it. They offer free breakfast every morning. There was a lot of variety (and quantity) from which to choose. But frankly, I didn't care for their scrambled eggs or omelets as they tasted really processed and fake. One morning there was turkey sausage as well as pork sausage patties. Both were inedible. Luckily, they had waffles, breads, fruit (it was cut up green melon even though right nearby it was strawberry season), etc. You won't starve here by any means, but it's not the best quality food. The other facilities on property included a gym, a couple computers to use, and an outdoor pool. Ice machines are on every floor. Bottom line -- yes, we'd stay here again (if their prices are competitive) because of the convenience of their location. read more

Yes the property is newer but a lot more training needs to be done here because by the looks of it not very many people know what they're doing. I stayed here for a very very long time and you'd think you'd get exceptional treatment since you're elite and bringing the property business buy that's far from it. I do have to say that the ladies at the front desk are great! Makenzie and the gals always had a smile on their faces and made you feel welcomed. read more

I was wearing mine just in case. The lobby is large, spacious, with nice seating groupings. There's a large eating area for the (I'm guessing) Breakfast buffet. The rooms are large and comfortable. Solo travelers beware! After getting into bed I heard someone at the door. I thought someone was at the wrong door, then possibility my room was doubled booked and in moments I was fighting for my life to keep my door shut from man claiming he needed to check on the toilet. He had a key and keep yelling at me that he had the right to come in my room. At this point I was screaming I'm not dressed, I'm calling the police and there is nothing wrong with the toilet. He just kept laughing while still trying to come inside. Once the front deck come to my aid. I was told he was the head of maintenance and he had a key to bypass all locked doors! They were sorry for what he had done and how he acted. But they were struggling to find good workers and they had not trained him. Police were called and I changed hotels that night. read more

Stolen AirPod pros! The theft of AirPod Pros by hotel staff and lack of accountability displayed by General Manager Nakia H. are the primary reason for this review. The in room refrigerator malfunctioned by freezing all items. The aforementioned GM had the gall to blame a guest for the theft rather than staff. The AirPods were tracked for several days and left the hotel in the evening and returned the next morning for 2 consecutive days. The AirPods went missing while room was being cleaned. The suggestion by GM of a guest being responsible for the theft isn't plausible, as a hotel guest wouldn't not stay at the hotel overnight. The bad experience resulted in a much shorter stay than planned. read more

Pro's: New facility, free breakfast, Wifi, pool, etc. Con's: Verrry small/tiny closet, one nightstand w/ one drawer, one small 2 drawer cabinet, no clock/radio in room, had to asked for additional hangers - waited for an hour then went down to get them - the desk clerk (Hannah) went home and forgot about us. and no show,. room was not cleaned until we called about 3:30pm, and lastly the bed was verrry hard. This may be good for a single business traveler traveling with a very few changes of clothing (traveling lite) but bring a travel clock! I've never ever not seen one in a hotel room(?). We were not happy with our stay and will not stay here again. Needless to say we decided to cut our stay short and went to another hotel. read more

Worst hotel management There's a group of children and parents in the main lobby yelling and screaming At 9pm Spoke to Joshua at the front desk who refused to do anything . When asked what's the hotel quiet policy he said there wasn't one. The truth is Pasco county has a quiet ordinance from 10pm to 7am At 11;45pm they were still being loud and rowdy This time I spoke to Will Perez at the front desk He's response was he asked them to quiet down but they won't listen to him. I told him if he can't control his hotel I want him to call the police He refused and said that's not a good idea. My wife and I couldn't fall asleep until past 12am due to the noise of the drunk parents and the kids running all over the hotel. Will never stay here again and discontinuing my Marriot Bonvoy membership. It's extremely disconcerting that management is more concerned about these loud and abnoxious people rather than me and the other guests getting a good nights rest read more

We stayed five nights. An outstanding Fairfield Inn & Suites. Relatively new hotel (2 or 3 years old), in a nice and quiet area. Property looked and felt new. Rooms and common areas were exceptionally neat, clean and bright. Elevators (2 of them!) were fast and responsive. Breakfast was most definitely a cut above the typical FFI. The breakfast hostess was completely on top of everything and every detail to ensure the food was fresh and that the serving area & dining room were constantly spotlessly clean and well stocked. Her assistant never stopped tidying up and cleaning throughout the entire breakfast hours. Very impressive team. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. read more

Should be zero stars. On July 5th I woke up in Marriott Wesley Chapel FL and there appeared to be a baby snake in my room. The housekeeping says it's a centipede. I did further research and those sting putting out a venom. I had me and my baby so my room was moved. I grabbed my stuff and put my Apple Watch into my computer bad pocket somehow it fell out. I get up stairs and go to work. The next morning I realize my Apple Watch is gone. I go to the front desk and ask to get back in the room they say it's been rented out. I use " find my" go to the room and my watch plus my phone start ringing. I know on the door no one comes, I asked the front desk agent for help to recover my item she calls the room. No answer. I tell her let's not alert them to what the object is because it costs me $649 plus tax. I still have a copy of the receipt. I asked since the person is not there can housekeeping grab my item because for a fact it's there. I asked the manager for help she acts like she does not want to be bothered. Speaks rude to me and goes in the back slamming the door. I take a screenshot that my watch is there. I tell her well let's call Marriott corporate. On the phone they say the manager can help me but she refuses. I let them know I want a call from corporate. I tell them I will call the sheriffs office. The sheriff tells me that if the manager is not willing to work with me then she is causing me to lose my item because if she will open the door then they can retrieve the item. I make the report and they give me a number. Later the front desk agent alerts the guy of the item in the room. They say he will let me check his room. He moved the item out the room within a mile of the hotel 10 minutes prior and back in 10 minutes after I leave. I have proof as I took screenshots for each situation. A day later Marriott corporate calls. It takes five days for them to see if they even want to help me. They only credit me for one night, the discounted night, yet I stay at Marriott from Late June through the middle of July spending $2000. Here we are military serving the country and being treated like we are no one. The manager could have helped me and this would be a non factor yet she chose not to making me lose $700. No one there had any remorse or even cared.The person ended up leaving with my item. Once they left the watched moved from the hotel. For all I know he could have gave it to the front desk and the workers could have taken it. No one would help me. Rather I was bothering them. When I tried to ask housekeeping about it the manager asked me why I'm talking to them that they don't speak English. What she didn't know is I am a Spanish mix and that is my second language. How rude and discriminatory. Here I am missing time out of work, waiting on police, I have a little baby with me. The people were straight evil and talking down to me in a condescending manner. I am a bonvoy member I was not offered a free night, points or nothing. I have a picture and video of the reptile or animal crawling in my room.They do not like kids there just so families know. We stayed here on a recent trip. It was a tad hard to find being on a backroad, but it is a convenient location as it is close to a lot of restaurants. It was quiet, and clean. Our room was spacious. However, those sheets! They are like sleeping on sandpaper! I've never slept on worse sheets in my life, and I travel a lot! Breakfast left something to be desired, especially the coffee which tasted like brown water. But all in all - it was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We sat by the pool at night talking - which was nice. I would stay here again - in hopes that they found a bottle of fabric softener for those sheets! ‍ read more

This is a great Fairfield Inn. New hotel, the lobby is very nice! The rooms are big and clean. Bed was so comfortable, best sleep I had. Free WiFi and free breakfast. The breakfast was a standard free hotel breakfast but the coffee was good. I don't drink dairy and I asked for soy milk for my coffee and the breakfast attendant got it for me with no problem. This is great value compared to the only $90 a night. Would stay again and recommend this hotel! read more

The negative reviews on here are interesting. $90 a night is such an insanely good value yet they expect perfection. I was in town for a funeral last minute so I only needed to stay for one night. Travelers beware!! My family and I drove from NJ staying at multiple Marriotts on our way to Wesley Chapel only to check into this hotel, then into the room to find a bed bug shell on the hotel room phone, bed bugs on both mattresses in the room we were assigned. We didn't even unpack, thank goodness we didn't and my husband immediately called Marriott and the manager at Marriott told us to leave the hotel. She had rebook us at another Marriott 25 minutes away which was inconvenient for us with 2 small children but we didn't have a choice, we were not staying in a hotel with bedbugs. The hotel we were rebooked to was great and most of all clean. The customer service was phenomenal and the GM was accommodating. This hotel in Wesley Chapel charged because they said we were a no show. My husband spoke to Marriott Bonvoy Management and they assured us they would speak to the General Manager to get this taken care of. Well over 10+ calls later, asking our bank to fight the charge, the GM recharged us for this stay tonight. A month later there hasn't been an apology, a phone call, or an email, from the GM or this hotel. I travel once a month for work all over the US. My company only stays at Marriott hotels and I have never experienced this lack of cleanliness nor lack of customer service in my life. The rest of the trip in Florida and back to NJ, our children were panicking they were sleeping with bed bugs. How disgusting!! How awful and shame on this hotel for not taking responsibility. Two stars only because of friendly staff and decent food at the very limited breakfast bar. However, we were very dissatisfied with all 3 of the rooms we had booked. Cleaning service was terrible!! Beds remade with dirty sheets, towels taken away but not replaced with new ones, dirty bathroom counter never cleaned, floor never vaccuumed. Also, storage space non-existent! Rooms had a tiny little bench with two tiny drawers (no dresser or chest of drawers!?). Certainly not enough space to keep a week of clothing for two people. And one room smelled like cigarette smoke. We would not stay here again. read more
