So the place seems clean but half the stuff are not working. There is a workout center on the first floor next to the pool. It has two treadmills and neither one works! What! Why not fix them. Two elevators and only one works, fix it!! The breakfast is okay. Was not a large place but was clean. They have free coffee but there is never any made. Also ran out of creamer and lady said they had on other. No paper plates had to use bowls for breakfast . Again why do they not check the coffee. I must say this place disappoints, staff is nice, I know it is not their fault management does not fix things They will only clean your room every other day. Each room has a fridge and small microwave. I was glad they had a power station for USB and other devices. Also jacuzzi is out of service. Room smells like I'm in a casino. I wasn't impressed and I'll choose to stay elsewhere next time. Upon checking, the girl at the front desk just gave us our keys and told us our room number. We had to ask about the pool, breakfast, WiFi etc., (things that are normally proactively explained). One of the reasons we booked this hotel was due to the ppl being opened (we called and confirmed before booking). Although the website says the pool is heated, the heater most certainly was no on/working. The water was freezing - in an indoor pool. The spa/hot tub was out of order. There was a paper printed sign on the wall that had clearly been there a while (other reviews 4 months ago state it was out of order). It was disgusting - completely green. We booked a double queen. The room was nice...except for the mold in the corner of the shower. We mentioned this to the front desk and they proactively upgraded our room to a suite, which was nice. The Hampton is super close. Next time I'll pay more to stay there. read more

Got 3 rooms here for my moms 80th Birthday.. checkin was easy.. front desk very helpful and accommodating . Got the executive rooms which were very nice.. After a long day of birthday celebration management allowed us to use the jacuzzi late night as long as we kept it quiet.. husband bought up some breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, we all enjoyed our stay! read more

I was very pleased with overall atmosphere and service this Inn offered. I traveled with no reservations during the off season and enjoy picking a spot as I go. The man behind the desk had a manager name tag on and he quickly set me up with a comfortable room. I made another trip to the lobby a short time later and he asked how I liked my room and everything was ok. I have never had anyone at any hotel ask me this shortly after check in. I had to tell him well now that you mention there is no luggage rack or have those gone out of style. Not at all and shortly there after he delivered a luggage rack. The rooms are on par for hotels in this class perhaps a little better. The pool hot tub was a perfect temp which is very hot. The breakfast was nothing more or less than other chains and was satisfying. read more

Stayed in room 201 Was a very spacious room, no issues with having room for luggage. This hotel was updated and clean. Overall, the 3 stars rating is b/c this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The only close restaurant is a IHOP, which shares a parking lot with this hotel. If you plan on staying here, you should eat prior to arriving or pick-up your carry-out on the way. This place was great! The staff at check in and check out were awesome, and easy to deal with. Our room was great! We had a king suite, and there was plenty of room for my family! Breakfast was great, and the woman in the breakfast area was super friendly, even with our 2 year old twins who aren't always the most cooperative or tidy. I have never given a bad review before. This hotel wasn't even listed on yelp. I added it just so I could warn others. My crappy stay started with a room that had not been touched after the last people checked out. Trash every where, beds not made, etc. They gave us another room. Each one we went in was a stifling 88 degrees. I guess to save money they no longer use any a/c. Horrible. Took my kids to fitness center where most of the stuff was out of order. Weights were missing. No towels and no water. Hot tub out of order. Then in the morning to top it off the yard crew started weed eating outside my window at 8:30 am! I was up late and I just paid a lot of money to sleep in your crappy room, so let me do it!! So I go down to get my complimentary buffet breakfast but because of health reasons related to COVID 19. I get a muffin and a yogurt in a paper bag. I am a Marriott rewards member. I pretty much only stay at Marriott. This has been the worst one by far. read more

We had a very unexpected last minuet emergency trip, so when we got here we had to find a place to stay for the night, I found Thai place in Groupon, $95 a night with indoor pool sounded great! Walked in and it's very nice! Was impressed, we got the indoor pool for the kids, had to run to Walmart to buy swim suites, get all dressed go down stairs and go to get in the pool and the pool light is floating with exposed wires ! After I nearly leapt in after my daughter who was about to put her foot in the water we went and let the front desk know, they didn't put a sign on the door or anything! We let ours get the one the hot tube that was also out of order (was luke warm) and while sitting and looking around there is mold all over the walls EVERYWHERE. The total for the room was $105 after taxes and then they put an additional $100 on "retainer" for "incidentals" which we were not informed about, only found out when I went to use my card and I was declined! The room itself is nice but smells funny. So while it was and nice/ok place over all we won't ever stay again, I think $105 is over paying for just the room, can't use the pool that we booked the room that we choose this hotel for... read more

Spotlessly clean throughout, modern, in very very good repair, great breakfast healthy or carb city, super coffee, ample well lit parking, super friendly and efficient staff. Rates are more than average but I truly believe you get what you pay for. I'm in Muskogee to build a tiny home with TV show host TINY HOME NATION Zack Giffin and this hotel was perfect for a three day mad rush to build a tiny home from the ground up to completion and award it on Saturday to a homeless vet who's been sleeping in his car after his life took a few unfortunate uncontrollable turns. Needless to say the Fairfield breakfast has prepared me for day two of this all important project with Operation Tiny Home that awards homes to veterans to help them in life after grave given so much to us. read more

Stayed 4 nights. Two of the mornings I had to take cold showers at 5:00 am. There were only a few cars in the parking lot so I am positive it wasn't because the hot water was all used up. Housekeeping did there job well in my room. Morning desk staff were kind of ride. Will not stay here again and I travel for work. read more

Checked in at 3PM and noticed my room had a funky BO smell to it. Other than that, the room was made up and appeared to be clean. But everytime you left the room and came back in, the BO would hit you in the face. Had some noisy people check in around 10:30 PM, which made it hard to sleep. Called front desk, and they quickly resolved the issue. But once morning came, the guests were again noisy. The breakfast was pretty decent, but you better get there early on the weekends, the food can go fast. I wouldn't have been so critical if this was a cheap motel or something. But I paid $120 for the night and expected my stay to be a little more comfortable. I also picked Fairfield Inn because they have a no pets policy. Unfortunately some of the people who've stayed in this location smell and act like noisy animals. read more

This is my first time in Muskogee. I am a Platinum Elite member with Marriott so of course this was my go to Hotel in town. It was very clean. Nice room per standard Fairfield Inn standards. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and assisted me with courtesy. I would venture to say this is probably one of the best hotels in town. As I drove in to town there were multiple budget hotels and very cheap run down motels. Glad I'm staying here instead! read more

Ask for the Military discount, it was a $30 difference in price. Brand new Hotel, so needless to say it was very nice clean and modern. Has an indoor pool so water was cool, so a swim in July in Oklahoma was not like bath water, but it's a small pool. Nice modern digital thermostat and flat screen TV. I'm a platinum elite member that stays at Marriotts across the country on average over 150 days a years. This was the only Marriott to choose in town and I didn't hesitate. The staff here are great and very helpful. The hotel lobby area is very clean but the room I had was a standard king and very small for Marriott. Being small didn't bother me much since it was just me but what I really didn't like was the TV. It's 2015.... Come on already and get bigger TVs! The TVs literally look like they are 29". Overall this hotel isn't bad, but I didn't care for it that well all around. The bathroom looks like it's been remodeled lately but as usual the work seems like it went to the lowest bidder because the work on it just down right looks lousy. read more

This place was amazing! Embassy Suites screwed us over and when we arrived at 2am for our late check in, we had nowhere to go! We called everywhere in Tulsa and there were no rooms! We called Fairfield and they had a room! The lady who works over nights, I think that's the night audit, she was so wonderful! I came here to stay there was a lady in front of me at the front desk. We waited for 5 min and there was still no one at the front desk so the lady decided to look around. Finally someone finally came up to help us. People in the front desk wasn't exactly friendly and courteous but good enough. The room was nice, but the bed was too firm.
