Steph the PT is an awesome, caring therapist who listens carefully and works out a unique program designed to help you improve. Her therapy is all hands on. If one thing doesn't work, she's right there trying out new methods to relieve your pain. She listens carefully and develops a plan accordingly. Unlike the big PT chains that print out a "plan" from a database and just throw you out there to follow the list of exercises, Steph is right there at each step in your treatment.
