Absolutely love the Spa @ Mecca. Everything from start to finish was great. Everyone who works here has a great attitude, making the visit pleasurable. Appointment scheduling was simple, the woman on the phone was very helpful and made me feel at ease coming into my appointment prepared. I felt safe the entire time during my appointment, with the COVID screening in the beginning and the entire spa being impeccably clean. The ambiance is relaxing and soothing. I went in with my skin looking terrible, and immediately after my Hydrafacial I noticed a difference that lasted. I have been to Chiropractors and Acupuncture therapy ,Physical therapy , National Pain Centers, , And several Surgical Spine Doctors, from New Jersey , Ohio, to Florida ;since I was 30 years old. I have never in my life received success in removing 60% of my pain with the first evaluation process. Wow, I finally have a few minutes to sit down and write this long-coming review. I have been a patient at Mecca for almost 3 years and honestly could not have higher recommendations for these providers! The entire staff is very patient and 100% interested in your well-being and comfort. Compared to other facilities, I love how Mecca is my all-in-one for musculoskeletal problems. Initially I went in for lower back pain, but have done some physical therapy for my knee as well as acupuncture for my back. Like all things, the road to wellness is a two way street. They will provide you with the materials you need to exercise and stretch at home which is key to supplementing the treatment and therapy you get within the building. They also have a wide range of therapies to help with both chronic and acute problems (as well as more gentle procedures for slipped discs and other severely painful issues). I have not really utilized their spa services but you can get more details on their website and again, having multiple providers to help with your problems at different angles really helps the most in my opinion. Routine decompression, adjustments, and acupuncture is really worth the benefits, especially if you can stick to it. No need for pain medicine that lasts a few hours. read more

I made an appointment on zoc doc for 11AM. I was called by the office and told they dont take appointments through zoc doc and to come at 245 pm. I get called again saying i don't have an appointment because my insurance coordinator is on vacation. I have lifetime health benefits and have never heard of this. Made a consultation appointment and asked if I decided to get the procedure done after would I be able to and was told yes. Got to my appointment 13 minutes early so I can fill out paperwork. Appointment was at 1:15 and Didn't get called into the room with the doctor until 20 mins after my appointment time. after speaking with the doctor, I said I wanted to proceed with getting the procedure and was told by the doc that they close at 2 and she had to get to her Covid vaccine appointment which was AT 2pm. I explained that I drove 35 mins to get here and was told I can get the procedure done same day and she basically kept saying she had to leave and I can come back during the week. I explained I work so that is why I made this Saturday appointment. There should of been another doctor there that day since the only doctor that was there had leave to be at a personal appointment. After a few days of experiencing pain and numbness radiating down my right arm, along with every day back pain we all experience, I called a few places in my insurance plan but I have busy working hours and had a hard time finding an office that could fit my tough schedule. I instantly knew that Mecca would be different. From the warm, friendly, and professional help I received in setting up my first appointment over the phone with Deb, to my initial Physical Therapy intake with Dr. Aaron, and each of my chiropractic visits with Dr. Mike (the owner) the care that I've received has been top notch. All of the staff I've come across are fun, friendly and great at what they do. They care about their patients and it shows in the level of attention I've observed each person receive during their visit. The space itself is clean and modern, with state-of-the-art tools and technology (think fun massage tools and decompression tables) which they integrate with the traditional therapies for a comprehensive treatment plan. The staff are knowledgeable but also fun and personable. For me this is important considering that PT and Chiropractic Therapy (plus they offer massage therapy and acupuncture) is a big commitment of someones time-at least a few times a week in order to really heal, and being around people who are good at their job, like what they do and have fun doing it made the healing process bearable at first, and then actually enjoyable! Over the course of my treatment there, Dr. Aaron and his "healing hands" have practically erased all of my symptoms and now I only need to go for maintenance sessions once a week and to say hello to the gang since everyone there feels like a friend! I can't recommend Mecca enough. If you ever need physical therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture or massage therapy, they really treat the patient by using all available therapies in conjunction with one another which is why you will definitely get the long-term results you're looking for! read more

When I started my physical therapy and chiropractic therapy, I went to ME CCA with excruciating pain in my shoulder, knee, and my back. I thought I would have to live with pain with rest of my life. But this place proved me wrong. During my therapy sessions, I got to know every staff member. I have not seen the professionalism, compassion and courtesy that I have received from the staff members of ME CCA, in a long time. How does this place get any better? I can go to my doctor for any issues, (who never make you feel like a patient, always a friend) then a chiropractor, you can also get acupuncture... to top it off get an amazing massage (one of the best I have ever had) and I have had a lot! Then also a facial! Then there are so many other things that you can get here that I can't even put into text!!! I recently started to break out around my jawline and chin. The dermatologist recommended a typical lotion for my face and he also recommended getting facials regularly. The last time I got a facial, years ago, my face was bright red all day so I was a little hesitant. However, I decided to give it another shot since the doctor kept pushing for it. I went to Mecca since they are a medical spa. Everyone in the office was friendly and very attentive. Alexa did my facial and she did an amazing job. I felt like I was getting a massage on my face. It was great! She was gentle but definitely got the job done. My face wasn't even red. I also loved the relaxing music in the background. I came to Mecca via my wonderful Dr.Lacara, who has been my internist and friend for over 10 years. When she moved her practice to Mecca, I came along with her. Wow! What a wonderful place Mecca is! I recently had a hip replacement. Three months later I am pain free and feeling great! I owe that to the care of Dr. Lacra, Dr.Marina ( my amazing physical therapist), Dr. Mike, Dr. Hamden, and all of the gifted therapists, nurses, and assistants who have taken care of me.
