My doctor suggested trying another rehab center and I found Kessler right in my town. From the beginning, they told me with a frozen shoulder, we need to take it slow at first and not hurt me. They listened to my feedback and while it was difficult, I didn't come close to the bad experience I had with the previous PT. Now, 3 months later, I've nearly recovered my full range of motion and apparently well ahead of schedule, because they worked with me and didn't just treat me like a slab of meat. I'm very thankful to Susan, Jenna and Gianna for getting me this far.

My one criticism is that the woman at the front seems a little overwhelmed, and the office is a tad disorganized (they didn't forward the paperwork they received from his initial eval to Anissa at our first visit). Not unusual and the pros far outweigh any cons. It's not crowded, and the therapists really know what they're doing. I highly recommend this place.

But it is with a broken heart that I have to give this review because of the owners & their shameless behavior in the pursuit of their own self-preservation. My child had been attending their full time ABA program here for three years until it abruptly came to an end after receiving a letter during dinner one night that was likely a product of ChatGPT from the owners Jennifer Moore & Naomi Sutton. In short, we learned that all services for my child (and several others) were being canceled and the last day would be in the next 29 days. It also included a list of other centers that were clearly just some results of a quick Google search. The letter directed us to direct all of our questions or concerns to their "patient care coordinator" who was wholly un-equipped and uninformed to respond to our concerns. She provided nothing more than her marching orders & delivered a scripted response. It was clear that the abrupt cut to so many of their kids was a result of larger business & insurance issues that had been in proliferation for MONTHS & they must have thought the parents were either too stupid or blind to notice. Further, several requests were made to speak with the owners and each and every one was INTENTIONALLY IGNORED AND DISMISSED. We are parents who place our blind trust and care in the hands of others and a request for something as simple as communication should be a given. So, to be repeatedly denied the opportunity to be heard is an alarming red flag for this establishment & there is no reason to believe we will be the last to have the same experience. So Madams, please consider this your open letter - families like mine are fragile & vulnerable & this life is riddled with people who repeatedly let your children down. And even then, few are as low as to discard your child like Sunday night's trash so you can "just get out of it as quick as we can." So count yourself amongst this despicable population because we will NEVER recover from this, but we are also here to remind you that we will never absolve you of your cowardice and shame.

The staff and all the practitioners are super knowledgeable and best of all, always open to feedback from parents/families. They keep the lines of communication open to ensure that everyone is always on the same page and that your child is getting the best treatment possible. Every single person that our son has worked with at this center has been so sweet, attentive and most of all encouraging. Cassandra and Bethany are the sweetest people who are always just so understanding and attentive to all your child's needs, strengths and accomplishments. They notice even the smallest gains and achievements and work to put together a plan that will work best specifically for your child. Although we haven't been able to access the inside of the location much at all since the pandemic started (only to ensure the most sanitary conditions for all the kids at the center), we know the center itself is super clean and well taken care of inside. Ms.Maura is an amazing teacher/director for the day program and is super knowledgeable on what works best for the kids here. She has extensive experience working with children on the spectrum and with any social/developmental delays and is such a sweetheart. She always comes up with the cutest projects and themes for the kids to focus on every week and tracks their progress thoroughly. She gets to know each of the kids individually and is a wonderful asset to this place. I have consistently recommended this place to people and will continue to do so, as this has been such a blessing for our family to have come across.
