Today I came in with a simple inner tube issue and was met by a staff member who repeatedly insisted that what I had just experienced and witnessed firsthand had not happened. When I disagreed, he dictated that I stop talking and that I had to listen to him. Throughout the interaction, he claimed he was trying to help while heatedly dismissing my concerns and refuting my account then lying to my face about contradicting me. After it became clear that he was not capable of a productive conversation, I left the shop and carried my bike up the stairs to the street level. As I walked away down the block, the staff member followed me outside and shouted that I was "too sensitive." Being pursued with the intent of insulting me after I left was the unprofessional icing on the cake. Based on this experience, customer service here was dismissive, confrontational, and unwelcoming. I won't be back as long as the new customer service model is to gaslight, lie about it, then pursue a customer out to the street to insult them on top of it.

Didn't realize until I got home that the tube had a different nozzle than the one I had before so now I can't fill it with my pump. Cherry on top was getting a parking ticket in the mail bc this quick pick up took so long. He was nice at first, then I asked about tune ups. He said the prices start at 30 and up. So I asked him up to what. He replied $25 million. The shop is a mess. It's littered with bikes everywhere so I questioned where the work gets done since I barely fit in the door. I made a comment from a business side that the store didn't have a good appearance to it not being organized. He told me he just climbs over the mess. Well his attitude totally changed and he basically told me to get out of his shop. I would never have my bike repaired there! If you can't take some feedback in a customer service business. You don't deserve business especially not my business. I'll spend my money someplace else!

I was on my way to an appointment and had to quickly figure out something to get myself where I needed to be. I googled a bike shop and this spot was super close and also still open - score! I walked my bike over and the attendant was super nice and ready to diagnose and fix whatever was going on. I was hoping it wasn't going to take too long and whatever needed to be fixed would be fairly affordable - I was in great luck! Everything took about 20 minutes, so impressed! There's also a full cafe when you walk in, which I didn't partake in, but was definitely tempted to! The cafe worker did offer me some water while I waited though so that was really nice! Def will come back here to check out the cafe, and maybe add on a cupholder to my bike :).
