We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. It ended up taking 4 weeks, but that was no problem for me. I actually had to reschedule the original install date because I was sick, and they were very understanding and accommodating of that. The guy who installed them was efficient and super clean. It took about 5 hours for him to mount all of the roller shades we got, and everything looks perfect! I got quotes from a couple other companies, and while Sunburst was about the same price as the other places, I ultimately chose them because I liked Kimball better than the other people I met with. His personality and communication with me is what sealed the deal.

Salesperson Erik was great to work with. However, here are the litany of issues I've experienced since. ⁃ Envrionblinds provided a two day installation period of 12/12 through 12/13. However, just 2 days prior on 12/10, I was notified this needed to be delayed. I had forgone an important year end work trip in my Headquarters in New York that the week of 12/9 and our company holiday party due to the initial timeline given. I was willing to forego the trip as security is the most important issue and I wanted to get the shutters installed before I left for vacation on 12/20. ⁃ The installation then became a 4 day event, when I had originally requested 2 days working from home.I was told today (12/18) that they need to come back 12/19 again. ⁃ The worker who came on 12/17 walked all over my house with his muddy shoes, and left mud prints all over my wood flooring and carpeting throughout the house. He used the toilet and left the toilet seat up. This is quite upsetting and disrespectful. ⁃ They left window in mater bathroom wide open when they left, instead of leaving it how they found it. I had alerted them to close all doors and windows so my indoor cat would not escape. - I am still waiting for last window to be installed. It was postponed twice now, and still being told the truck with materials on it is delayed again and again, with no firm date set. This is just an open ended delay with no firm date set, no accountability. I told them I need advanced warning so I can take time off from work to be home. "I am not sure what the reason for the delay is but I should have more information on Monday. Once I do I will contact as soon as possible so you may make your accommodations for work. " how do you not know the cause of delay? Can you make a call? Especially when the owner said it was still scheduled for this week just yesterday. Sales and product seem ok. Communication and logistics need major work.
