Carla gave a good estimate and was very good at the beginning. We paid half and it took 3 weeks to get installed fully. A bit of advice: please try to avoid scheduling a time and not coming during that time, because people are taking off from work and waiting. They gave us a few times and didn't come, and they were late. We got a 5% discount, which helped a bit. Once the product was installed it was beautiful and looked amazing. All he said was that they are a family business and to give them a call if we are interested. Just because of that, we decided to go with them. Joe showed up for the estimate and was incredibly helpful to answer our questions. At the end, we went for the plantation shutters. Definitely recommend the wood ones as they are lower in cost due to them being made in house. The price was super reasonable and the crew finished everything in less than 2 hours. He goes over your options and provides pros and cons for the different alternatives. He measures your windows and provides a very competitive price on the project. A few days later you get a call with the install date. They text you to keep you informed on the timing of the install. They show up on time and very efficiently install the shutters. I bought a home in a new build community. While the home was being built, I'd come visit and see other homes in the community that were already finished. I noticed shutters on one of the finished homes and as soon as I moved in, I went straight to that neighbor's home and asked for who did their shutters. Omar came out and gave me an estimate. Responsive, easy to schedule. He was timely, polite, gave me all the options (although I was pretty set on the shutters) and honest opinions/suggestions. I eventually decided to go with his company and I couldn't be happier. They look amazing! Installation was about 3 weeks later I believe? My installers were Moses and Charlie. They also were prompt and SO nice. There were some imperfections on the shutters (nothing major/fairly minor) and when I pointed the issues out, I LOVED how nice they were to me about it. You know how sometimes you tell someone something is wrong and they give you an attitude or an excuse? Not these guys. "Sure, no problem!" and fixed the minor complaints seamlessly. They even installed the bar for my sliding door curtains, which I really appreciated. Great work and great customer service and fair pricing. 10/10 read more

We recently moved into a brand new home. We saw advertisement for O&A Window Fashions and thought their prices were unbeatable. We had shutters installed throughout the house. Well, you get what you pay for. They had to come back several time to correct and/ or replace the shutters which were not closing properly or too much lighting coming in when closed. The blinds throughout the house when closed also are all crooked and looks horrible inside and out. I hate the way they looked, as if they was crafted by amateurs. From first contact to the end of the project, EXCELLENT!!!! Pablo Aguilera was the sales rep that we worked with. He was on time, courteous, presentable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained all options available. He measured all windows fairly quick and made suggestions along the way that helped us make an educated decision. Once decided, he went over timelines and installation. 2 days after closing deal we received a call from the office to schedule installation. They gave us a day and a window of time they would arrive. On installation day they arrived on time and ready to go.
