She offers pay "up to" $2000/month - which is less than $500/week - for providing 20 psychotherapy sessions per week. Do the math on what your therapist is paid per session! This is the very lowest end of the pay scale for licensed social workers, and it is not clear that health insurance or other benefits are made available either. Also, the ad insinuates that LMSW's would otherwise have to pay for their training towards their LCSW licensure. I want to say good things, as I believe that they can be good. Joanne was great with intake and administrative tasks. She is very attentive and really addresses concerns in a timely fashion. I have appreciated each interaction with her. However, my issue is that my therapist was not quite as professional on the administrative side, and it caused me a lot of grief and sadness that I am now working through alone. Previously, I felt that we did great work together, especially during this era of COVID-19. It brings me great sadness to have to sever our bond over an administrative miscommunication that made me lose all confidence in our therapeutic relationship. How disappointing and sad I am to say that I had to "break up" with a therapist I felt deeply connected to because of a lack of administrative support. When I talked to the Director about changing therapists, I felt like I was "therapy-talked" and essentially placated. The Director then copied my therapist on an email that I sent her, which is a fact that upset my friends as they saw it as a breach of confidentiality between me and the Director. It's still a very emotional time for me, and I feel like I was dropped like a hot potato in a very vulnerable state. I am writing this review in hope that those who use their services do not have to encounter this sort of upset due to a lack of administrative professionalism.

I sustained a concussion recently and could not believe how out of synch and disoriented I felt. After my first session I felt significantly more grounded and centered, more in control of the connection between my mind and body. I was so relieved as he side effects of the concussion were quite scary! The experience itself was so relaxing, professional, and uplifted. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable about brain injuries which was such a relief because I felt like I had no real information about my injury prior to our conversion. I felt much less scared and relieved to have a path to treatment that was doable and effective. I've since continued my work with nuerofeedback training both because I so enjoy the staff and the caring feel of the office in general and because I've seen such improvements in other areas of my health. For instance my allergies are calmed, my insomnia has become manageable and in general I feel like my mind is more clear and more organized.
