I had a few questions and asked for the name of the customer down the street so I could ask my neighbor about their experience. I never got that info. I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded! I don't want to id the estimator by name, but I will say that I'm disappointed in their lack of response.

We first had an estimate from John Beal roofing , wow! Expensive compared to best Choice Roofing. And John Beal estimator kind of left us hanging after many tries of texting and calling . He was in Florida one time golfing could give me an answer until he got back which you never did , and other incidents similar to that with John Beal Roofing. So we got fed up and ended up with best choice Roofing which was fast efficient and did an overall excellent job with a 5-year warranty on the roof .

He seemed very open to discussing concepts for my bathroom remodel and making recommendations or suggestions. The owner was very upfront about the fact that their jobs had them booked out over 8 weeks away. My opinion is they must be doing something right if they have that much business. He was open to recommending a plumber since I did not want to wait over 8 weeks to get the plumbing side of the work done. Definitely the type of people I like to do business with.
