Straight forward with estimates. The salesman that came and gave me the estimate was trustworthy bc the day of the project he came with the two gentlemen that were going to do the actual work to ask them their opinion how to handle the situation. Their idea was really amazing and saved me over 1/4th the estimate. The work was completed that afternoon and I was very pleased. The company came out promptly for a bid. Communication was clear and timely. They showed up at the times and dates they said. We had a very specific request to build a sturdy wall around our steps for our autistic son. We had a few items we needed addressed but it was promptly handled. worst experience ever with a contractor. Cashed our 10K deposit for a deck in aug 2025. followed up in September, no start date, followed up in october, november, december still no start date. Excuse after excuse. Jan 2026 they say our 'material is in' but missing 18 pieces - a lie. March goes by and no responses after multiple calls/emails. Finally last weekend April 3, we said we had enough, need our money back based on no legitimate start date or rendering of services. Kelly didn't respond. Sent an email to him and the receptionist (again). He stated he would get us a check and bring it by our house today - april 10. multiple calls and texts and another email he never showed. We're getting our lawyer involved. read more

You can then tell me when you can perform the inspection. Stop pretending you're not wasting my time. Original Review: NWI contacted me via YELP, and asked me to call them concerning my roof. I responded by telling Robert the reasons a phone call probably wasn't the best way to approach the issue and provided the times, daily, I am available for his representative to come out and inspect the roof so an accurate bid could be provided for a roof replacement. Roberts' response was to begin interogating me on the condition of my roof. Seriously, if the business does not want to send out an inspector they should say so and not ask unnecessary questions which waste a potential client's time. read more
