When there is an issue with the rental they tag team and takes sides with the agressive tenant (5823 Oliva Ave) They also do not do any proper repairs on their properties and if you raise a fuss, they harass you through text and phone calls. They are not very reliable landlords See pics of homes they own. They are now attempting to raise the lease amount on the Belmont home and havent done any necessary repairs and occupants have been stead on lease payments, but they are related to me, so he wants them out!!!
