A caretaker came to my car and helped me with my fur-baby. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say my final goodbyes. I have now had my invisible fence from Dog Guard for 3 1/2 years. The fence has continued to work…read moreperfectly with no issues. I have had to replace the collar batteries twice and have been very pleased with the ongoing great customer service from owner, Justin. Batteries are a reasonable price and promptly mailed out! Most recently when I received the replacement batteries one of the collars still wasn't working. I emailed Justin and received a prompt response. He went above and beyond to come out and check the collar, check a new collar, and make sure my fence was ok instead of just mailing out a replacement. The collar indeed wasn't working but thankfully is covered by a lifetime warranty! I can't imagine getting comparable service from ANY of the competitors, nor the value! At my initial install when I bought my house, from estimate to final training, everything was thoroughly explained and every question answered. The physical burying of the wire and placing of the control unit in my garage was done seamlessly. You can tell Justin really loves what he does and cares about the animals. He was excellent with my two dogs and really took his time. He gave me all the tools for success and my dogs continue to safely enjoy the yard! Although, I made a couple of calls before I got a call back this time, the service has been great. Thank you, Justin Reed. He arrived early and did a professional job in a reasonable amount of time. He walked the perimeter of our property, in the rain, to locate and repair 20 feet of worn out wiring, replaced the old control box and charger, and gave me a new collar for one of our dogs. All for only a $90 service charge. I couldn't ask for more.
