They are very compassionate and each time we've had to come here they have been so nice and caring. Definitely folks who are nice to deal with when going through something so rough. We've only been able to get their bronze package because of our budget, but you get quite a bit which is more than I can say for other places dealt with in the past. The couple of times we had to use their services we brought home our pets in a nice little tin with a clay paw print from the pet and some clippings of their fur. Their lies only confirmed my suspicions that something did happen to my precious Oreo.I want to tell others what really happened to my Beloved Oreo. Last year, I pleaded for days asking for proper documentation following Oreo's passing and they could not provide that. Now, they claim they can provide the documentation, but if they can provide the documentation now...why couldn't they before? My review was warning others regarding the horror of the. "Bumbling" and "Fumbling" incompetence of Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center LLC (owners : Brian and Lorie Clary), as well as Middendorf Animal Hospital (Brittany Jones and Jim Middendorf) in their mishandling and losing of my Beloved Oreo. This is what really happened...I knew something was wrong when: 1. I pleaded with Faithful Friends to give me a receipt to prove they picked up Oreo( I wanted a date). Also a receipt showing a date proving that she was cremated. I kept asking...they kept refusing. Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2. I also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's dates until they finally got together and picked a date that worked for them. 3. Oreo was referred to as a "Male"...my precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4.Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff didn't even have compassion for my Beloved Oreo to return my calls. I will be reporting them to Animal Cruelty Organizations and the Ky. Board of Veterinary Examiner. I am devastated that I still don't know what happened to my Beloved Oreo or where she is. If only I had walked back in that room and taken my precious Oreo home instead of leaving her with these people. I will never get over this. I took my sweet ferret to be cremated here at the recommendation of an emergency clinic in Cincinnati after his passing. Overall opinion: I will ALWAYS come here for animal cremation services from here forward. When I was younger, I had a bad experience with a cremation that was handled by the vet after my childhood dog had passed. They cremated her before they were able to do her paw printings. Obviously that is just devastating. My pup was gone forever. BUT let me tell you, this place showed me that you CAN trust them with your furry family members100%. My sweet Oliver was cremated and put into an urn I chose out of their large selection that they have. They had one that was for ferrets so that's the one I selected. I will attach photos of the urn and imprintings I received. I paid total 80$ or so for the cremation of Oliver, the urn for his ashes, hair clippings from Oliver, and the imprints from his feet and nose. So thankful for everything they were able to do for me. read more

It is very hard to write this review because I miss my best friend very much ! I am so happy I found faithful friends. This was such a hard thing for me to do but everyone at faithful friends was so sweet , helpful and so pleasant. I wasn't rushed and even was comforted in my breakdowns when dropping and picking up my baby. But whew ! The more I type tears start to fall but I am very happy I found faithful friends and chose them to cremate one of my closest pals in life !! My dog Buddy was put to rest in a very calm and loving environment so it makes me feel good! I would definitely recommend faithful friends. read more

Three & a half years ago, my little CKCS was at death's door with congestive heart failure so I prepaid for a pick-up, private cremation, paw prints & other memorial mementos. Everything was ready for the day ... which didn't happen until just a few weeks ago. Amanda and all the staff at Faithful Friends have been amazing over the past 3 years. When the day finally came, the vet came to our house and Faithful Friends was there to take Tolly after he passed. They gave me as much time as I needed with him; there was never any rush. They wrapped him up oh so carefully like the precious baby he was. I hope when my time comes, I will be treated with as much dignity as Tolly was. The paw print is amazing! They found the exact plaid of Tolly's collar and it is just perfect! I didn't care about price but from what I gather, they are super reasonable with several different packages to choose from. I also know from personal experience, if you want something you don't see, ask them! They will certainly try everything to make it happen. They are so compassionate and thoughtful. I came to purchase a resting box for my sweet cat of 17.5 years. They had just the right box and laid him out very nicely, offering to add a blanket as well (he was my first pet and I was so unprepared). This is the place for the grieving pet parent. You'll be treated with kindness, understanding and compassion. When my 16-year old dog passed from a heart attack overnight, one call took care of everything. Monty was picked up, transported to their facility, cremated (though burials are also available) and we picked up his ashes within a day. They clipped a nice lock of his hair from his ear, and took a paw print. Options and prices were clearly explained, and they were simply a pleasure to deal with. Most local vets use their services, but luckily Monty was able to be home with his loved ones when he passed. I couldn't recommend their services more highly. read more

Could not imagine ever going anywhere else. They care about your fur baby and they care about you. They have come to my house not once but twice Once was a very snowy morning and she put my fur baby in the front seat of her car. Recently I lost my 80 pound sweet old soul. We recently lost our 17 year old cat Dusty, and Noah's Ark uses Faithful Friends Pet Crematory. Absolutely amazing service! They were very compassionate, much more than I would have ever expected. They returned Dusty's remains very quickly, and included with them was a poem called "Rainbow Bridge", and a plaster footprint. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the care these guys took in handling the untimely death of my daughters cat. They sent a driver to our home, picked her body up and handled her cremation. The driver refused to let me talk about payment and simply said now is not the time for that. She was wrapped in a blanket and they let her stay in that blanket, washed it and had it folded when I picked up the ashes. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do these people will treat you like gold! I first learned about Faithful Friends at the Cincinnati Pet Expo several years ago and kept their information for the very distant future. I referred a friend to them a few years ago and they handled the after care of their deceased dog very professionally and kind. I never dreamt that I would be needing them so soon. I lost my most beloved and best friend unexpectedly in April 2014. As we were leaving the veterinarian's office, we called and Lorie arranged to meet us right away. We had at least a 30 minute drive but she was their waiting for us. This day was the most difficult day that I've ever faced. Thanks to the kindness of Lorie, the day was a little more tolerable for me. She respectfully listened to me blabber about my kitty and what we just went through. We went with cremation and his remains were ready to come back to me the very next day. My family had also recently lost my dad unexpectedly and had heard about a product called Thumbies. It's a necklace or other keepsake made using a finger print of a human or a nose or animal print of your beloved pet. Lorie willingly helped my family order keepsakes for my mom, grandma, sister and myself. I wanted my dad's print as well as my cat's. At first it was going to be my dad's print and my kitty's nose. When I got my necklace from the company, I was a little disappointed. Lorie took care of contacting the company for me and getting my pendant fixed. She went above and beyond what was expected and truly made this whole journey more bearable. We really appreciate all that her and her family did for us.
