The vet referred me to Angel's Paws. Everyone was extremely caring, they explained the process and, allowed me to schedule Dexter's appointment per my schedule. The technician who came to our house brought Dexter a cheeseburger. Welcomed Dexter's "sister-dog" Hanna to stay in the room so she could also say goodbye. They did not rush through the process at all and stepped away to give privacy for my family after Dexter crossed the rainbow bridge. I was also able to order customized urn for dexter, tattoo quality paw print and nose print . I will use this service again and would recommend Angel's Paws to anyone.

"Bumbling" and "Fumbling" incompetence of Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center LLC (owners : Brian and Lorie Clary), as well as Middendorf Animal Hospital (Brittany Jones and Jim Middendorf) in their mishandling and losing of my Beloved Oreo. This is what really happened...I knew something was wrong when: 1. I pleaded with Faithful Friends to give me a receipt to prove they picked up Oreo( I wanted a date). Also a receipt showing a date proving that she was cremated. I kept asking...they kept refusing. Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2. I also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's dates until they finally got together and picked a date that worked for them. 3. Oreo was referred to as a "Male"...my precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4.Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff didn't even have compassion for my Beloved Oreo to return my calls. I will be reporting them to Animal Cruelty Organizations and the Ky. Board of Veterinary Examiner. I am devastated that I still don't know what happened to my Beloved Oreo or where she is. If only I had walked back in that room and taken my precious Oreo home instead of leaving her with these people. I will never get over this. Oreo did not have a voice, so I am being the voice for my Beloved Oreo.

We've only been able to get their bronze package because of our budget, but you get quite a bit which is more than I can say for other places dealt with in the past. The couple of times we had to use their services we brought home our pets in a nice little tin with a clay paw print from the pet and some clippings of their fur. Wish we knew of them sooner.

When I called this location, the employee was sympathetic and said she would speak to the manager/owner. She called me back and was able to present a cremation package that would allow my mother to cremate the dogs and have a memory keepsake for each one. I was blown away by their patience, generosity, and empathy during this service call that I wanted to share my experience. I cried after getting off the call and informed my mother of their offer. Unfortunately, we were not able to use their service because a relative decided to take care of that part of the process, but I still would recommend BPC if you ever need them to help you with your pet.

My…read moremost recent pet passed in the middle of the night, and I was able to take her to them for cremation. The process was simple and easy, and everything was explained in detail. A caretaker came to my car and helped me with my fur-baby. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say my final goodbyes. They are very caring and compassionate, allowing my baby to be cremated in her dog bed, with her favorite blankie. She was returned to me in 24 hours, in a very nice, carved wooden box. Faithful Companions make an extremely painful situation just a little easier with their compassion and professionalism.
