The first time we were in the store we looked at several pieces of jewelry including the PAWSitively Yours Pet jewelry and some gemstones. Another time we looked at the charm bracelets and the lady we over several of the charms with us and gave us the charm booklet which I was surprised to find FULL of different charms. I can't really compare them to something like Pandora because I'm just beginning to look at getting a charm bracelet at some point. This weekend we were looking at their diamonds. Diamond rings and loose diamonds. The lady we spoke with (Gloria) was VERY helpful and actually educated us on diamonds. She took the time to show us the differences in the diamond quality and allowed us to look into the diamonds to understand what causes internal discolorations.
