Something that is rare to find in Ottawa . Have you ever had old cold falafels that have been sitting out and reheated in a microwave ? Yuck. These falafels were fresh crispy with a golden brown hue and were soft on the inside. The Iraqi sandwich came with their homemade Amba sauce, which is apparently made out of mangos and spices. It was so different and so addicting. The sandwich was filling and I actually ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I did also order some french fries but the star of the show are their falafel's. I can definitely see this falafel truck eventually opening their own shop because their food is amazing.
